This is why you shouldn’t heal against The Legion, especially when they only have anti-healing perks and are holding a 3-gen setup.

  1. Those gens being so close is the primary reason 3-gens are permanently stallable, curious to see what they'll do to solve it though bc it's not like they can increase gen spread on dead dawg for example

  2. Darkness Among Us is a Dead by Daylight chapter released in December of 2018 that introduced a New Map, Survivor and Killer to the roaster, that being Mount Ormond Resort, Jeff Johansen and The Legion.

The Legion, originally speculated to be a Killer with Personality disorder, came in 4 people, Frank Morrison , Julie Kostenko, Susie and Joey, instead of the usual 1, which, at the time, was a clever play on the regular format, although, for some people that believed the personality disorder/imposter survivor theories it was quite disappointing.

The Legion's power: Feral Frenzy, allowed The Legion to move faster, swiftly vault over windows and pallets and apply Deep Wound upon injuring the survivor using their power. Originally, hitting a survivor affected by Deep Wounds during Feral Frenzy would deplete a portion of their power, and they could use a portion of their power upon recharging it for 12.5% or more. This in combination with Pallet vault, and Deep Wound depletion has led to an unejoyable 1v1 scenarios, despite The Legion being quite weak overall. It was then at the end of the spring season of 2019 that the BHVR has reworked The Legion's power temporarily, while they were preparing a proper rework.

The Legion's movement and vaulting speed during Feral Frenzy has been substantially nerfed, but to compensate they increased the power duration from 6 to 10 seconds.
They also removed the ability to see blood pools as well as depleting Deep Wounds during Feral Frenzy. The Deep Wounds has been also reworked to not go down while Mending or being inside The Legion's Terror Radius.
They also introduced a couple of bugs such as not being able to vault certain elevated windows like Haddonfield's Main Building 2nd Floor.

The Gameplay loop of The Legion has went from bein unejoyable for Survivors to being unenjoyable for The Legion players, as the combination of slower movement and vault speed, bugs and lack of so ever used to lethality during Feral Frenzy has left The Legion to feel very clunky to play as. More changes were to come that increased the movement and vaulting speed back to what it was on release. As well as polishing out a small portion of bugs, introducing twice as many in the process, per usual. A Minor rework to Deep Wounds was introduced as well, making them not deplete at all while sprinting and no longer being affected by The Legion's Terror Radius.

The Legion changes stopped for a while then, until the ever so promised rework arrived, all Deep Wounds were now 20 seconds, with 12 mending action or 8 if being mended. Addon-pass has been given and the gameplay loop has finally shifted from hitting 1 person for a health state and chasing as an M1 killer to a different, more engaging playstyle with the reworked Feral Frenzy:
Now, during Feral Frenzy, whenever you hit a survivor with your special attack, Feral Slash, you gain a 0.2m/s speed boost that stacks up to 4 times. After reaching 4 stacks, the next Feral Slash would instantly down the survivor, no matter their Health State.
This allowed The Legion to properly punish survivors that have grouped up, while also allowing them to reliably traverse the map a little after getting 1-2 stabs due to the speed bonus. Combined with the Addon Pass they received, they were mostly left in a pretty healthy state, compared to their original release with more slight changes or QoL updates most likely to come.
