  1. The timing thing makes sense if they synced the stun to the pallet drop or blind. I mean it just doesn't make sense especially to new player that for some reason the killer is completely immune except for one frame where they're not

  2. the amount of time me and my friends played DbD plummeted after they introduced SBMM. 2 of us really only played if everyone was on, and 2 of us were killer mains. Me and my friend still played killer for a few months afterwards, but eventually we both ended up dropping it. I think I personally stopped after Knight, the 2 casual players stopped almost immediately, and the other killer (who introduced us all to dbd in the first place) kept going till about Chucky

  3. I dont really agree with using a complicated system for mmr, i think its a really simple adjustment. Killer mmrs stays same, survivor is changed to average amount of survivors escaped that match. So if you die but your 3 randoms escape, that counts as a win, 4 escape would be more mmr gained than 3, 2 a draw, 1 a loss for all survivors including the one that escaped. You get the point

  4. 26:00 to 26:10 That's because they changed the system to priorize queue times over fairness. time and regions does matter. I personally only play between 2AM and 6AM in the EU and the only players i face are teams using meta perks and map offerings, just full on sweat every game, so time of day does matter. Regarding the MMR test in 2021, Remember when Dowsey had to wait in queue for 4 hours and then when he finally got a match it was a comp squad that streamsniped and he got stomped, yeah that happened. This was during the time where every killer in the game was complaining that every single game was a sweatfest and basically unplayable so they toned it down, they even asked about this in the surveys whether or not people would prefer queue times be faster or more fair and guess what the majority of people voted for in the poll? 25:30 So in order for us to agree with that we have to give you the assumption that killing survivors and escaping means nothing, right? if survivors are escaping, there are a certain amount things that were done right. I do agree that if 3 survivors escape, every single survivor should go up even the guy who died at the end or like give him less MMR loss since his 3 other teammates got out and if all 3 survivors got sacrificed their mmr should go down except the fourth survivor once again who gains a litte bit of MMR if he escapes through the gate. The old ranking system didn't care about the results at all and there were not matchmaking system at all.

  5. Ill be honest i dont see whats so bad about no new game mechanics? Stuff like scavenging parts or other side objectives would just muddy the goals of what to do and make solo q even less coordinated, and make killers that already have side goals too strong

  6. there was a weird short a couple days ago about how you can get your mmr by filing a privacy request with bhvr.
Is that a good way to get your mmr? no, it takes time and is a hassle.
but bhvr might show mmr if the alternative is hiring 20 people only handling mmr related privacy requests
