As a Slinger main, 4,6 would be to much. You already catch up pretty fast because the survivors are running zick zack from you. Maybe only, when your gun isn't loaded
Out of all the killers videos I watch you are the only one that's not whiny about perks(Except sprint burst) lol
Personally if any character that has a speed or ranged abiltity Is Atmost 4.5 Huntresses Soldiers putee Proves that It wont be balanced Sure most people would rather have Hatchets but that Speed buff is nice From 4.5 to 4.6
