I counted with a timer. It was 9 seconds on the Kate
It was 9 seconds when the add-ons activated so everything did stack. Also, if anyone else decides to use this build, the add-ons are based just on stalking, not whether or not you get any charge, so they still work on survivors who have been completely drained, they're pretty neat if you want something to make Myers' power still have some use after it's been depleted.
