Skyrim with mods man. You can really turn it into a wonderful game that's exactly what you want. (Or fallout of course, same goes there.) Without mods it's just ok, but with mods it's a masterpiece.

Bioshock Infinite is 1 of my newer favs. I was legit sad for the ending.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is best gaming experience I've ever had. No other game has come close.
I used to be a very casual gamer, playing my brothers games after he was done with them. But most games bore me so I used to play maybe a couple of hours a week when I had nothing better to do.
Then RDR2 came along and oh boy! Probably spent close to 1000 hours in it.
