You can talk bad about Joey's tape and its effect all you want but it's clearly the best addition to improve chase music next to Suzie
Make Joey's let you see pools of blood while in frenzy.
Bam. Now this add-on is somehow a lot better.
I usually use Joeys Mixtape just for the chase music

Joey's mixtape is pretty cool when you play with Joey's skin. I mean, it's still bad but at least, it's lore friendly.
Pills is actually amazing it allows you to bounce between survivors and allows you to wait out mends to get that 4th down with frenzy. Ive bounced back from just 2 survivors before. If you bring mural sketch, and use frenzy on 2 survivors you are gaurenteed to get all 5 hits if you play perfectly.

The only effective way to use Pills is to use the Game as a map offering I'd say, but other than that.. not that great.
