because second chance perks are annoying
I could never understand “it’s a second chance perk” mindset because if that’s the case-it’s a two way street lmao. I watched killers who are unable to catch and hook a survivor ALL GAME rely on No-Ed as a “second chance perk” to catch the survivors that are out playing them-and so they made the generators take longer to complete. Killers got mad at borrowed time because I guess that takes away face camping (it was a perk designed specifically for that in the first place
)??? Spine chill was always interesting because it only did as it intended and it still works like a dream. But I never bothered to ever use decisive strike that’s the only nerf that ever made sense to me I called it the “bail-out perk” in case you mess up on a loop.
I find it funny how killers still complain over DH. Get OVER it. It was nerfed yet you still complain… I see it as if I didn't wait it's my fault not the survivor they're good. Killers with thousands of hours I won't mention lol complains because he can't win his streaks because just maybe just maybe some survivors are better than you??? Lol
Not saying I'm a fabulous survivor or killer lol just don't see the need to nerf it again. I was a killer main originally, but crossed over to see how it feels to play that side. Now I play both.

I mean it's an unskilled perk that save you from a skilled play most of the time, back in the day people using dead hard now would've not last a week on this game

Yeah, put the boot on the other foot. How would you feel if the killer could attack twice in a single second? You'd say its bullshit. It secures the down with no counterplay, with deadhard same deal. You should have gone down, you should be on the hook. But no, you press 1 button and all your errors and mistakes during the chase are forgiven
