Call of brine is good on certain killers in my own opinion personally, obviously it’s not going to win a game by itself but the only reason I like to use it is because just like you always say tru3 standard regression is just laughable and call of brine helps a bit in certain situations and if people have good game sense and tell what’s all going on in the match. I usually use it only on stealth killers because some survivors will hesitate until they know that the killer isn’t around for sure so you get that regression then notice for a good skill check. Ghostface has had best results in my playing with brine since you can stalk to 99 for downs (depending on situation of course). Other killers with normal terror radius probably better perks to use

Call of brine is literally the only perk you need to slow gens and still 4k…It is extremely good.😅
