Not hacking, pretty sure it's just a bug. I had the same thing happen when using the Iridescent Blight Tag: the survivor was downed but they only lost a single health state and kept moving.

did she have vigil? looks like a vigil bug plus you can hear her run behind you and back through your bottle gas she was in the corn after she dissapeared
