At 2:48 the perk you have equipped at the bottom (the one that has a generator on the icon) is called hex:ruin and it automatically starts regressing gens when survivors are not working on them, this is an hex perk though, which means that if the survivors cleanse the lit totem of this perk it will be disabled for the rest of the match.
    Hope this makes things clear 🙂

  2. In the second game when you're survivor, you're unable to use Dead Hard because both Sprint Burst and Dead Hard are exhaustion perks. Exhaustion recharges slowly overtime when not running. Dead hard can be activated when injured and not exhausted with the activate ability button, Sprint Burst on the other hand activates when you run and aren't exhausted. Because of the nature of Sprint Burst and how you're running all the time, you'd be always using your Sprint Burst and exhausting yourself, making it almost impossible to be able to use Dead Hard at all.
