5:05 it was up there and then gone 5:15 … no boon sound.. how the hell did it go?!? Apart from the fact they would have had to boon a second time to get rid of it there.
EDIT: I think the only option we have is that Hex:Plaything has actually overwritten the Hex, which – by the game's INTENT – deleted Hex:Devour?!? Gosh what a horrible game design. Just because they cleansed enough dulls and had a single boon up.. what an actual tragedy.
I THINK i know what happened. At 4:08 you can hear the totem being cleansed and a boon created at almost the same time. My guess is that Jeff's Plaything got blessed, causing undying to switch places with it, which allowed Devour to be cleansed. Unfortunately Victor was protecting Undying, so when the switch happened and the Jeff died, the Plaything disappeared.
Thats really odd that plaything overwrites any existing totem that is currently active by a hex.
This is precisely why plaything is not good with Devour.
1. It encourages totem hunting early.
2. Plaything will eat the undying when you would rather have it protect Devour.

Two totems at the start, Devour and Undying.
Hook Jeff, Plaything totem appears.
Plaything cleansed, Undying takes it's place, Plaything moves to the totem you were guarding with Victor.
Jeff dies, Plaything disappears.
At some point between Plaything being cleansed and Jeff dying, they cleansed Devour.
Hex and boons sounds are bugged,there is an issue that appears randomly in wich if a boon gets created or an hex gets destroyed,their respective sounds won't happen (for example,no thunder sound when a boon appears or no explosion if an hex gets disabled).
It's been reported on forum already but since there are only few people who noticed this,it was never acknowledged by the developers.
Ever wondered why,you are walking in a map as killer,and suddendly you hear a boon chime without you remembering of hearing the boon thunder sound?

Hey tru3, I don't know if you are still curious or wanting to know what happened to your Devour but I believe I have figured out what has happened to it. There was no bugs in regarding to the hex perks you used but people have mentioned in your comments about a sound bug occurring when cleansing hex totems and I think that's what has happened here.
At the start of the match, you have 1st totem in the basement of the house and the 2nd totem in the basement of the school. You notice as you hook Jeff the 3rd totem pops up, the Plaything hex which appears in the other house on the second floor. If you play it back and notice, the 3rd totem disappears and you can hear a boon sound go off and that sadly removes your Undying which ends up transferring that Plaything hex to where you set up Victor. When you switch from Victor into Charlotte after getting your second stack of Devour Hope (this is where you hear the boon sound go off) and approach the basement in the school towards the survivours there. You end up killing Jeff which removes the Plaything hex you had, therefore why you didn't hear a heart beat or another boon/cleanse sound go off because it disappeared once he had died.
However, I cannot tell you for certain when the Devour hex was cleansed but it was somewhere between the timing of when the boon went off and during all that mayhem with Jeff and the 2 Feng's as one did come from where your 2nd totem was that got broken. We know they had destroyed it because you could use your 4th perk on it (sorry I don't know the name of that perk) but I don't hear the Feng (or anyone) cleansing it/touching it which you should of heard since you were so close to the totem. This is why I believe the sound bug happened here, which people have mentioned about this happening with hex totems being cleansed and no sound notifications going off. Your devour hex when it got cleansed had no sound sadly or well I did not hear one and I didn't hear the Feng or anybody on the totem cleansing it while you approached the basement and got into chase with Jeff and the first Feng after the second Feng appears I believe that was after she removed your Devour Hope.
I don't know if anyone else can hear the Feng (or anyone else) on the totem, but Feng is a really loud character and when she cleanses a totem it is so loud lol so what a bizarre bug to have in the game then again it is Dead by Daylight x3 I hope this helps to make sense of the situation. I watched this match live and was so puzzled to what happened that I had to rewatch it on youtube to try see if I could figure it out.
