  1. I still hate they made pain res only have 4 uses. Since you only have 4 hooks with the effect, it doesn't guarantee you land it consistently. 15% damage but more times felt better, heck just make it so it didn't work on the same person back to back. But yeah if you get everyone, I think the tokens resetting would be good.
    I had an idea of buffing all gen perks, but their effects get weaker if you stack more of them. So pain res works constantly at 20% damage but each additional gen perk you bring it does 5% less damage. Could incentivize less full gen defense builds.

  2. my theory is that dev believe killer perk are overpowered so they put self-destroy mechanics to balance them out but they put so many self-kill perks that killer is now using an entire load out of self-kill perks making them play perkless. The perks that stay alive are too weak and almost do nothing. For example Pop doesn't kill itself but it is so trash that it doesn't matter. Same for eruption, Same for Surge. The perk that don't kill themselves are too weak while the perks that do kill themselves are good but make killer perk less.
