Four games in a row that had almost all great survivors with one weak link in game 3. Rough maps compounded and made these tough.

  1. It's nice to see really good killers getting smoked, because it's sometimes disheartening to play killer as a non-streamer and not as a public personality. When casuals lose games, we have to wonder about how well we can actually do, and whether games were ever winnable, especially when all the content we see is N 50ks in a row, or pants-on-head builds that us mere mortals can't leverage properly.

  2. Im sure this will probably be missed (or just not answered due to not being relevant to the video) But have you ever seen someone cheat via LogFiles Scott?

Like being able to see the Killer, all their Perks, ETC before the game even starts?

And is it bannable? Just ran into my first toxic streamer yesterday who used them to tell his SWF my build and I'm genuinely curious if its worth a report/manual ticket

  3. all they gotta do to CoH is make it slower when healing by yourself. make it so the 100% boost only applies to team heals, whereas single heals are self-care speed. this a) stalls single survivors while theyre healing and b) incentivizes team heals, which means fewer people will be working on gens.

  4. as a survivor main, i just want to say that circle of healing is very balanced, i would say its even low tier. i would like to follow this up with that i dont use it, and i also only use no mither (:

  5. How to counter boons:
Snuff the totem, even mid chase. Seriously. booning = not on gens, with 1/0 heals it's wasted time. Only time a boon has made me lose was when there was two of them and I was already going to lose because 2 BNPs on gas heaven

  6. I mean the circle just made it a stalemate that ruin was keeping up, you where in a losing position.
if they got ruin the stalemate would be over, circle only helps kill off the stalemate.

that is at least my thinking.

  7. The code for the unknown thing is in the way of the top Perk. I'm guessing Save because Scott is all about the Stacks Life.
Yeah, then he starts talking about stacks so yeah, Save.

Camping in the middle of a three gen is about the only time I personally will camp someone and when I'm not too mad about someone else camping. Because what else can you really do there that's not outright giving up? If you don't have a three gen then camping costs you gens but if you do have a three gen then you're keeping that safe AND a hook.
I'm against camping after the gens are done to get kills, because to me at that point you've already lost. The only real exception here is full on all four Perks End Game Builds because the whole point of them is to be strong at E.G.C. instead of the main game but anything else I don't agree with camping to try and bait people into saving to snowball.

I hope that Zarina gets to a better place in life.

The devs are implicitly saying Boons are fine by not saying anything about them.

Yeah, I really hope that Zarina gets to a better place in life. And the others to a lesser extent. Just leave people. You sticking around "For hit BP" at the end is more annoying than helpful to a lot of people. Killer gets hands-over-fist BP just playing a match, eight hits is a good amount yes but not enough to equal moving onto another game. If YOU want more BP for getting in chases interact with the Killer more in the game and leave once you've won instead of being bad sports about it and gloating at the exit gate.

Of course the devs didn't nerf Circle of Healing Scott, they are mainly Survivor players if they even play the game at all and they don't care over much about Killer side because that side of the game is not as profitable as the other side. They've very clearly shown us they don't care about the Killer side of the game beyond what they need to do to make sure the game doesn't die so they give out small little bits here and there to make the Killer players stick around.

I really wish we could actually get a honest "Dead By Boycott" going where everyone agreed and followed through on not playing Killer for two or three days. Maybe then we could get some real changes and actual balance in the game.

Eigh, you just have bad luck with Ormond Scott. My past four games on Ormand as Survivor three of them all four of us spawned together without an offering to do so and the other time I spawned in with two others. I mean, a know as few games as Killer on Ormond I've had bad Survivor spawns (thanks Lethal Pursuer) but I don't think I've ever had one where they were all four spread out.
Though I think spawns should be set instead of random, or at least semi random. All four Survivors spawn together in one of like five places and the Killer spawns somewhere near by but you don't know where exactly you need to go to find people.

Yeah, I love Ruin when it stays up for more than twenty seconds.
This does not happen often for me.
I mostly don't use Ruin unless I have nothing else.

I'm happy the three alive just left instead of sticking around. Quentin lingered for a bit but in the end he did just leave instead of making you force him out which is good.

Cam and code for unknown thing in the way of chat. Can not see what was said.

Man, Lethal Pursuer has cemented itself as one of my "Always run" Perks as Killer. Whenever the Killer I am playing has it I run it, no matter the Tier. It and Barbeque are two Perks I always run if I have them unless I'm doing a "four Hexes" build for people to cleanse or trying a meme build of some sort or Barbeque isn't Tier 3 because anything less than 100% BP the aura reading isn't quite worth it to me.

26:42 I was fully expecting the "Boon going up!" sound effect right after you said this.

29:51 Like that! I guess it's Yun-Jin who has it since she was the one being picked up last time.
And this is further backed up with her being the only one who got healed.

No to be too Politically Correct Scott but I'd prefer it if you referred to the Survivors based on the gender of their character instead of just using masculine pronouns for everyone.

Oh, hey, the code for the unknown thing got moved.
Face cam still blocks end game chat though.

And now the code for the unknown thing got moved again to block the add-ons. What if you actually used some new add-ons Scott? How would we know? How would we know Scott!?

Circle of Healing is super over powered and makes most games difficult and difficult games basically unwinnable.

The Almighty E! The ones in the previous games hadn't been too bad but this one was really rough.
Though I've got mine bound to F, because I have Q and E bound to turns for the rare time I play Hillbilly and the spinning was getting to be too much for me. Not that I ever actually use Dead Hard. I'm crap with the Perk and it is my most hated Survivor Perk so I never run it unless I've got nothing else and even then I'd rather use a meme Perk than Dead Hard.

You're playing the wrong "evening" Scott. No matter your time zone it is always another that they are talking about. Even if it is the same time zone. It's just always another. For someone else.

    Thanks for the video Scott.

  8. I've been playing demo a lot more lately, and I do think his portal aren't that great but you should try using them a bit more. I usually place them super close to the gens (since the stealth part is useless), sometimes survivors will waste time cleansing them, and with ruin up that could help too. I have had games where survivors were super efficient with gens, but b/c they waste a bit of time on portals I was able to save a gen. And if you manage to teleport to a gen in time, it does scare them off gens too, and might even force them to remove the portal. At most I will use 3 portals, the first when match start, I got that tip from you but I usually wait until I find the first gen being worked on b/c it being randomly placed somewhere can be really useless. and the other 2 to defend gens. Again Ik the portal aren't super great, but they can be quite useful for defending gens in certain cases.

  9. The prospect of a verticle Demogorgon charge sounds great! Please, if it is done under the tree of woe, can Demogorgon launch upwards onto the hanging carcases and start eating the meat. Like an endgame celebration!

  10. They could maybe make CoH only work on the floor it's on and reduce the healing speed so that when survivors run back to it it takes longer to heal (like sloppy speeds) so you HAVE time to commit to chases more.

  11. it’s funny you say this, I played what I think was a cheater swf. I’m pretty common to killer but this one legacy Meg seemed like she was running faster. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the whole game of it maybe being blood pact or hope in the endgame or something but it was nothing. She was so clicky clicky toxic too. It sucks that cheaters are out there like that. It’s like she had haste by default. Other than that I had some pretty tough swfs as well. It’s always fun to go against a good team, but like survivors who cheat are honestly so ridiculous.

  12. honestly, boon totems should have a use amount like items. Like, you can get 2 heal states for any survivor, than the totem and your perk is used up. no more boon for you, unless another survivor brings it.

This is still really generous, but puts a stop to the boon spamming, its just annoying. to play well, game be neck and neck, and because of one broken perk, you get tbagged and clicked all the way to the exit gate while they body block. kinda wild. ruins the game for killer side.

idk, either that, or add a perk for killer, that injures a survivor every 30 seconds until the totem is cleansed, but even if its cleansed, the killer can just relight it lmfao.

  13. Tonight I had 4 games in a row where survs did gens optimally, I get less than 2k per game on average – and on the 5th game when I'm in a really good position to snowball, I pick someone up and as I'm walking them to a hook the game crashes.
Well I guess it's the universe telling me to watch some Scott Jund
