The only thing I would do for merchant is give her two drones and make the traps not injure. More info prevents healing still. But can’t get free hits at loops.

Sir why is pyramid head not on this list when he only has two addons worth bringing and his power gets snuffed on multiple maps ?
Freddy= let him teleport to finished gens so his teleport doesn’t disappear during end game (I thought of making it so you teleport to the exit gates but that might be too strong) and pallets or snares as base kit like swapping clown bottles.
I definitely agree with Kaiser on this one that you should lose Lock On stacks after you disable a drone, plus I think she should not be able to recall back her drones if they are disabled and give her a new animation where she can manually unhack the drone, and base kit haste should be gone why don't we give her base kit Fire Up instead,
Plus killers I do think need some changes besides the obvious, I'm talking about killers like Pyramid Head, Nemesis, Knight, Dredge, and Singularity
Demogorgon needs a full add-on pass. It's not even funny anymore.
I feel like Dredge also deserves a mention! He is such a well designed killer, yet suffers a lot from consistency that makes him very frustrating to play.
First of all, his locker RNG on a lot of maps are awful, making him almost useless in some parts of the map. So they need to add more lockers.
Second, a small number tweak in his basekit would make him feel a lot better to play!
Decrease the time to exit a locked locker by 0.5 second. Adjust Haddie's Calander to 0.5 second (was 1 second)
Increase nightfall charge speed by 33% while any survivor is injured. Adjust Malthinkerer's Skull by 33% (was 66%)
Give Dredge some love!

I tried to guess your list before I watched and I got 4/5 xD. Had nurse instead of trickster
give freddy snares and pallets, and either 50% or fully recharge his tp when someone wakes up
I’d love to see you react to Pixel Bush’s Freddy Rework concept. There’s a lot of Freddy rework ideas out there but I think his is the best!
Buff Knight, buff P-head, give us NOED basekit
Licenses might hold back any form of change to some of the characters in the roster. Which is a shame if it does. We can only hope changes might happen to these characters left from the past. With other characters I wonder if public opinion and popularity might impact these killers to gain any changes. Maybe Behaviour might be hesitant because of these reasons. From what I know is that they bring many changes over the years for many killers much like with the doctor to get them into a good position. Again only time will tell. Let us hope these killers gain the changes that might lift the game to healthier and greater heights.
I'm going to have to ask you to remove trickster from this list not because he doesn't deserve it but because oh my God I do not trust behavior touching this killer further please for the love of Christ just leave him alone matter of fact take off skull merchant too seriously the calls for reworking these killers that have been complete and absolutely botched in the the first place and you were expecting them to make them better. You know let me fix your list it should be Freddie Myers Pyramidjead singularity and trapper these are the five most deserving killers of realistic updates to their kits and powers. Not saying that I trust behavior to fix these killers at all cuz they're dev team sucks ass unless the community is yelling at them apparently but still.
Skull Merchant is fine as is
A Skull Merchant rework is probably the hardest game design task BHVR could undertake & I don’t say that lightly. I think she falls under ‘The Twins’ category as in the reason why people want her reworked, is so core to her current gameplay loop and identity that it’s so unlikely that BHVR would do this again. Like or not, similar to The Twins, she has a sizable audience that happens to be larger than The Twins. Realistically, a Skull Merchant rework would be centered around making her feel better to play as. You have to remember too that the Hillbilly rework wasn’t an adjustment/“give or take”. It was a net buff compared to his pre-rework state. So the same trend would follow for Skull Merchant as it did for Hillbilly and Twins. Also talking about changes that affect the experience of playing against her? Now that’s difficult because it’s so complicated to talk about in good faith that I wouldn’t be able to fairly discuss it on a YouTube comment I wrote after work.
I’ve spoken to other fellow SM mains & they’re pretty satisfied with her current Power for one reason or another. The one aspect that there’s a unanimous sentiment towards is the removal of the Haste in her kit. Though what she should be given in compensation or any other changes..those are vary from person to person. I’d personally love to see changes that correspond to drone deployment time + the lethality of the drone based on how long it is deployed for. To simplify what I am talking about… I want a change that makes it so when you need to “charge” (hold down Power button) while deploying a drone. If you instantly drop it at a tile, the drone’s scan line rotations are slower and easier to avoid. If SM charges/holds Power her Drone deployment, it will slow her down but increase the lethality of the drone by either 1) making the drone scan lines faster or 2) adding more drone scan lines in total or 3) buffing it in some other way like maybe drones charged up for the maximum duration are harder to see from a distance so they’ll work better as traps. The gist of this is that this will push her away from reactively dropping drones in the moment (which people don’t like)…while buffing her trap+setup play-style (which is part of her existing appeal to play as).
I have a rework for skull merchant.
Press the power button to deploy a drone and take control. When the drone is deployed the skull merchant gains the undetectable status. While controlling the drone you can change altitude with space and m2. While controlling the drone press m1 to fire a shot, if the projectile hits, the survivor is injured. The drone travels at 5.5 m/s and an omnidirectional humming can be heard getting louder as it approaches. After firing the gun it needs to reload which takes 2.5 seconds, with an audible queue to show its reloading. The drone can down a survivor, and can be left where it is to use as it currently works showing survivors in the radius with KI. The drone will drop back down to the ground so that survivors can deactivate it as they usually would. The projectile has a limited range, and the drone has a limited altitude it can raise to

Don't touch Myers. He is incredibly diverse in his builds (7 unique builds from add ons alone). He is consistently top 5-10 in popularity/play rate.
I think having Freddy be able to teleport to his clocks, adding more lethality to his sleep like Exposure or Hinderance, and letting him cause Survivors to manually go to sleep could lead to a cool rework.
Freddy K is strong 😂. You not using him right at all. Let me tell you what to run.

Freddy K is one of the strongest killers due to transportation and fast chasing speed. Prototype Claws lets you spawn fake pallets to bait survivors to a false loop and make them hesitate to use pallets.
I think to improve games against skull merchant, the survivors should have special items similar to when you face Vecna. Something as a craft-able gadget that can repair pallets or something that allows drones to be disabled from a distance or hacked for the survivors benefit, instead slowing Skull Merchant. The goal is to make her games more engaging and less sluggish.
I agree with all these but i'd recommend the Knight get a rework.
I don't like how he is add-on dependent to be able to get power value.
Map of the realm needs to be basekit and the survivor exploit against his guards needs to be addressed ASAP. He needs a reduced collision to be able to summon his power and requires his power to be a mystery of what he'll summon, rather than give survivors another form of information to make good plays imo
Nah, keep Tombstone piece, it keeps the threat of Michael just killing you always prevalent, its a very rare addon….just leave it alone…
They need to buff the repairs takes forever it makes it killer friendly
Uh no not alot of people dont play her cuz shes autopilot and chill and no she is not that good coming from someone who has played her exclusively since launch no one plays her because of the amount of hate and the fact you cant even get genuine ganes while playing her people throw automatically or dc at the sound of her terror radius like she can be played against like a regular m1 killer but yall actively choose to not get gud and play the game i go against decent to actually good survivors and i struggle to get hooks because they know pathing and there not dicking around the map and are actually trying to win people with a take like this clearly haven't even put a month worth of gameplay in to get actual results you play like a week then think you have a good grasp of the skully experience
A really good rework for skull merchant would be make her instead of A CONTROLLER MAKE HER A CHASER so instead of patrolling drones make them CHASE DRONES basically like artist but the effect is slowdown or like docter shock therapy could be really cool

What if they gave Merchant the same terrible trait trapper used to have where as if a survivor disables a drone it becomes removed from the trial, it would force a retrieval initiative for the drones so that you can keep your utility in play which punishes you if you just leave them laying around, that way nothing else needs to be changed about her and she can stay roughly the exact same just with one very detrimental Survivor interaction
5 killers do I think they truly need reworks
1. Myers he's the reason why I played dead by Daylight in the first place and just seen the first ever successful license killer being so damn weak and very add-on dependent just breaks my heart in dbd.
2 trapper now I know trapper has been getting some buffs but I still think that trapper is pretty weak despite him being the first ever killer in dbd in fact he's even popular in the pick rates including merchants and even in general how dB D first existed so seeing him left out 2 just feels wrong.
3. Sulk merchant now this killer is complete a disappointment in fact so much I don't even want to get into the fact we all know why but she really needs like an interesting game play and not like op kill rate in dumbest reasons at least maybe stop survivors from DC but I don't Know if that's going to Help.
4 Singularity now I absolutely love the design of the killer and even the power but the killer just feels very difficult to play with little less rewarding a little bit like the unknown but maybe worse so like a rework by making his good add-ons into his basekit could help this killer a lot as well as quality of lifes for camera placement on certain maps.
5 dredge again just like singularity I love the dredge design especially for horror related in dead by daylight the whole anniversary of that killer was a blast but the fact that it makes a loud dark shadow sounds especially nightfall makes this killer not that sneaky and scary plus nightfall doesn't seem to happen that often I would like the broken doll basekit since I like the screams that happen in nightfall and make nightfall quicker when injuring and keeping the survivors injured and give the dredge like a bonus from teleporting his remnant like breaking pallets speeds or vaulting windows for like 5 seconds.
You what my biggest anoyamce with SM is? Prompting. It pisses me off. Ive seen Merchants start putting drones by shack window mid chase. Basically making a fast vault near impossible. Eartger gotta take the medium ir slow and that often means death .
I agree with some of these, but my boy GhostFace needs a good pass over and add-on rework the most IMO. His add-ons are complete shit for the most part, and his power can be strong, but it's not terribly useful unless you're going up against complete noobs or idiots dicking around. His Iri's are also, by far, the most useless pieces of crap ever. Not to mention, it's still horribly inconsistent as to how/why you are able to pull him out of his power. I've seen people standing right by me while cloaked and not trigger it, and had people halfway across the map reveal me somehow, it makes ZERO sense.
I probably would've swapped SM and Nurse tbh, SM can probably be fixed by making her drones more interactive, like disabling them being rewarded somehow. Nurse is so fundamentally broken she plays an entirely different game to everyone else, and she's the only Killer that does this for the entire lobby, this wouldn't be an issue if that alternate gameplay was enjoyable for everyone but it obviously isn't.
Me personally I think Michael deserves a rework more than Freddy Michael relies more on add ons to even make his power somewhat viable and the only really threat is infinite tier three myers or myers that can instant kill other than that myers is your most basic m1 killer with no form of slowdown at all but I do agree with this list tho what I would do for myers maybe have a built in enduring and brutal strength like you mentioned maybe debuffs him to lose the stupid slow movement speed at the start or just for being in tier 1 he should be able to swap between all tiers or be able to downgrade or upgrade to a tier as he wishes I just want a power rework and cosmetics for quite possible outside of Jason one of the most influential slashers out there man he’s been so neglected literally everyone in the game has gotten buffed or reworked in someway shape or form outside of Michael
I think Trickster should have a 3-knife burst and Main Event should be a shotgun blast-style throw of like- 12 knives, in which only one health state can be actually damaged.
Then make it so that blades bounce in base kit and reduce the knives he can hold.
I feel that Freddys power was greatly harmed the lack of many interesting to run addons and the promience of 3 good adds ons, many of them only apply to survivors IN the dream world. And certain survivor items and perks can outright cancel out the debuffs.
The swing chain add on family did need some nerfs, including the purple one, combined with other slowdowns, was very oppressive. But instead of tweaking them to tone down the power of these add ons or giving them an effect worth trading the gen slowdown for, they reworked them and gave them really poor effects that were practically not worth the rarity and add on slot needed to compete in the meta.
legion needs a rework way before skull merchant. skerchant is fine, just learn to adapt. You know who else gets value for putting their thing down, hag, don't see complaining about that. Put a hex down, people leave loop, they stay in loop, they lose. to counterplay her hex in loop you have to crouch which leads to a hit. If people complain about skerchant for basically the same thing, but requiring more skill then the "teleport to boop survivor" then clearly it isn't the killer power that is the problem. it is the fact that people just have this ingrained hate for skerchant.
Most of these killers don't need reworks. They just straight up need new powers

For Freddy I actually want the separate dream world that he drags survivors into to return, it made him unique, obviously give him a bunch of buffs on top of that, probably the ability to run snares and fake pallets at the same time?
Surprised the knight isn't there cause is such a cool killer and all we've got is a bunch of AI dum dumbs. I'd love to see him do anything else that would actually fit his character
