Checking out the newest killer added to DbD, called “The Knight”. This killer is a badass medieval killing machine, at least in looks. Does he actually hold up to the hype or is he just another bad killer added to the list?

  1. I think with a few adjustments he’ll end up being strong, but rn he seems fun but weak. Perks are great and the power, in concept, is great too. But as of rn, he needs tweaks/debugs to the guards and standard-grabbing

  2. The Knight has the largest skill ceiling in dead by daylight.
Mechanically I think his power is sloppy if not clunky to use, and I think the cost of sending out a patrol is too high to make use of the power creatively.
I think a few quality of life changes are necessary for his release, from there if he massively underperforms perhaps you could make it so that when guard enters into a hunt, you can send another the next guard to patrol/order.

  3. Lightweight greaves are fun. They are literally the band-aid to the awfulness that is setting a patrol only to notice the survivor has moved to the next loop as soon as you started casting, so you don't lose as much distance lo

  4. I dont know what yall smokin to think this, as a rank 1 killer this character is godly, the ability to lock down gens in seconds drop a knight ontop of one and chase another being able to injure 2 at once, the ability to just rapidly digress gens…and the best part is his ability has 0 terror radius till the knight pops up, meaning he can bamboozle tf out of loopers…this killer is goated as hell,

  5. I think the problem with this killer is that because setting guards up on long patrols is a bad idea, people will just end up playing him like Artist…which is not a very fun killer to go up against. I could see this killer being very unfun to face considering that the answer to every time he uses his power is to simply run away.

  6. Nowhere to hide seems like a strong perk since many stealth Survivors will hide when working on a Generator and hear the Killer approaching. I think this will lead to Distortion becoming a Meta Perk.
