Let's say there's two people working on a generator. That takes what, 52 seconds to complete from zero? If you use a pain res, even if you get max value, you're delaying them by 13 seconds. That's ridiculous, especially when you only get four per match. Then if you have pop to go with it, by the time you walk over to the gen they were working on, they have reversed the damage if not completed it. Surge is like a 5 second delay realistically. Gen regression is a joke right now

It didnt have to be at 0, it just had to be on less % than the gen that popped, so it could be around 30%
