i still think drac should go 3.6 m/s when charging fire
If you separate this video title from the context of dead by daylight it sounds really silly, like this could be someone talking about their pet dogs
Only fun part of Dracula looked like the wolf hug tech but I held off buying him specifically because I knew that shit was going bye bye lmao
Good job BHVR. I figured you would just say it was a feature for Nemesis and leave it at that. Props when given. Now as for Dracula I will say I honestly didn't feel his bat form or teleport speed needed adjusting. And given I never knew about the bat fire tech or hug tech, for me this is absolutely a buff.
if wolf hug tech can get patched out after a few weeks why hasn’t demo crouch tech been patched out after multiple years
Nemmy deserves a new power the little tentacle whip is a joke to his character no matter the buffs
yup no hug tech allowed orrr funnnnnnn
Incredible that they have said they were made aware of bardic inspiration not working yet they still don’t mention a fix for the perk. It’s almost been 2 months that the perk has been broken.
Wolf form is still strong with play with your food
2:40 Why don't we call it a Buff-fix?
Are we sure that this was referring to hug tech? I know from experience that pounce on stairs has been very bad and will very often cancel from hitting…the air. Has anyone played yet to confirm if it's hug tech or something else?
Im still waiting for myers rework 😞
It's too far gone now but I kinda wish Wolf form didnt exist so that all the strength and focus of Dracula could be on Hellfire and Bat Teleports. But Quantity over Quality I guess
Rarely used hug tech and never did the bat exploit so not really affevting my playstyle with drac so nice
Bro just admit you're in love with Dracula and trying cover it up. We don't blame you bro just look at him!
dracula is absolutely strong without the wolf hug tech especially with these buffs so many times when your in bat and no where a survivor is or you teleport and can’t transform it’s going to help with more fluidity
Drac's Hellfire into bat form catch up is a lot stronger now, and the bat form changes actually buffed his map pressure quite a bit. you can get to vaults quicker flying normally and you port to them quicker.
I think he's now Nemesis with a side graded tentacle (it has various different uses, but is probably a bit worse) but with much better, more consistent map pressure. if Zombies put in work Nemi is probably better but if they don't I'd say Drac takes the cake now.
The Wolf sucks, have yall noticed wolf form takes forever to go over a vault?
The way I see it Human form is the best at chase at most loops, Wolf form’s primarily good for tracking hidden survivors and closing distance (since it moves faster than base speed with the orbs) and can sometimes break pallets easily, and Bat form is good for long distance map traversal and hopefully getting close with stealth before coming out of it.
Along those lines I also think some people underestimate the value of the scent orbs on Wolf for rooting out survivors, it hurts my soul a bit when I’m watching a streamer play Dracula and they are wandering around in human form looking for someone who’s hiding. The scent orbs make it very difficult to hide from the wolf, basically my thinking is if you’re not actually already in chase with someone in close range then you should be in wolf form, not human form, and mainly just use the human form to secure the down when they actually get to a tile where you’ll want to use fire. (In fact, if you’re in a dead zone, the wolf can probably secure a hit just as quickly if not more so than the human because of its increased movement speed.)
Not hearing the proper grunts , while carrying a survivor has really thrown off my game
I disagree with you. I've had plenty of matches with Drac and I've been downing survivors just fine without the hug tech. Sounded a bit awkward anyway to angle the camera down mid chase just to get off a pounce attack. Sure you might not get them everytime with the pounce the normal way but you can still make up for the time lost with Wolf's tracking ability.
Sidegraded?
No that's just a buff dude
I'm glad they removed the hug tech from Wolf. Clearly unintended, and if it works it feels ridiculous for the survivor. There is skill in it like most things, but it's just not healthy for gameplay even if it adds a layer of complexity to master. And it opens up possibilities for buffs that more players benefit from. I've never liked them especially when they're 'better' than normal mastery of the killer, since you tend to become reliant on them rather than experimenting in other directions. I think these changes will make Dracula better in the long term, it might even be a straight buff because bat mode and transformations felt clunky at times.
Wait, so they BUFFED Bat Form, which was by far the strongest part of his power, and nerfed an incredibly easy to counter tech for his worst form?
Clown world. 🤡
Gemini summarize this video
Damn Dracula is going to be shit now lol
