Dead By Daylight| Prime Gaming Maiden Guard Plague cosmetic! Repeat from the Forsaken Rift Tome?

Dead By Daylight has teamed up with Prime Gaming for a series of monthly content drops aimed at giving players a special run of cosmetics to help grow their collections. The ninth drop went live today which is the Maiden Guard outfit for The Plague. Curious choice since this was a previously released rift cosmetic from Tome 7 Forsaken I believe?

They’ve also posted a schedule for future Prime Gaming cosmetics every month all the way until May 2023! You have until September 15th to claim the code for this outfit, and then until October 15th to redeem it in game.

If you’re an existing Amazon Prime member, you are already entitled to Prime Gaming loot. Just use the link below and claim your outfits. If you’re not an Amazon Prime member you can sign up for the 30 day trial here too and then claim the outfits.

  3. I'm not one to complain at all when it comes to this game, but I only get Amazon prime for Dead By Daylight…I actually gave my code to a random person in a Dead By Daylight group lol. At least someone who doesn't have it will have some use for it 🙂 just hoping they don't do this again

  4. im fairly annoyed at this. im certain theres multiple unreleased cosmetics they couldve done. like what the heck is this. normally i like to view bhvrs decisions positively but this is really annoying. whats the point of a free outfit twice when it couldve just been put into the store.

  5. If you think THIS is lazy, check out the state of DBD on mobile. (Hint: It’s abandonware and will soon be downgraded to the outdated Netease gacha version.)

  6. not gonna lie i appreaciate it if this is becoming a norm since taking a long absence from dbd its nice to re-get skins for killers or survivors i like i missed out on mikala reids witch one but i would like it if they added charms too lol

  7. I think a very large majority of this rift is repeat skins with some recolor or the same charm in 3 different colors also. I understand that not everyone likes the color or whatnot but at the same time, kinda a bummer that they're recycling 3 or 4 outfits on a PAID track. On top of offering nothing new to the prime people. Really, kinda lazy. I'm not sure if they're going to get negative feedback or if they even care but it's disheartening to see them get so lazy.

  8. Been waiting for this for a long time ⌛️ sucks they couldn't just release it already and make a new skin for the prime gaming. Most of the plague skins suck and are just a diff color of the same bad cosmetic. She has very few decent cosmetics it's sad they could be so much more creative with her but do the bare minimum

  9. I own every single rift cosmetic piece to date. I don't mind if they put all the previous rift skins in in-game shop, but why give me the skin I already own in twitch prime? This is ridiculous!

  10. Hearing about this actually made me kinda mad. The fact this is an already existing skin and not at least a recolour seems like they're getting lazy. And even though there are people who were not able to get this skin because they have not played the rift, there is still always the opportunity to buy it in the store later . For me and many others this is just a wasted prime loot month for dbd. And the other thing is that i feel like the quality of the skins in the last rifts have decreased as well.

  11. I would almost rather them give a "Cosmetic Token" of sorts to let players pick an outfit they want. That way there isn't a concern of whether the outfit was already released or already owned. Of course there would be limitations on some, such as licensed and higher end skins, but I think having that option to pick pre-existing skins is better than them offering a skin I already own.

  12. 1.) It's not fair to people who already got it in the rift and 2.) It's not fair to people who didn't get it in the rift and don't have Amazon Prime. They should have just released it in the store.

  13. To be fair, while it sucks that this one is an old event outfit that I already have (actually is from my first Rift that I finished, started the game during the Trickster Mid-Chapter) the game Smite has done this the past year or so (though in my case they are all new for me, many of my friends who have been playing longer already had all the Smite Prime skins.) Only about 10% of their Prime offering have been brand new (if even that many… That I can think of off the top of my head, only three.) So, yea it sucks, but they are way ahead of some other games already.

  14. I love plague but she really doesn't get much love, specially not when talking about skins 😢
I was very happy to see Plague being in Amazon Prime because I love the prime skins, that Jeff Skin is so good but– I'm so sad it's literally a re-release of a previous skin
I don't have it but it's not better than what I have nor do I see myself mixing and matching up with the pieces😭
