The fact that Scott literally got most (if not all) possible Wesker bugs, and a few simply irritating examples of poor collision/interact with terrain on his power in a single game, is both beautiful and tragic.
@2:12 Bounds into a very small raised surface that is completely traversable in normal circumstances and prematurely ends his bound. @4:58 Bounds once normally, then grabs a survivor with the second bound and becomes soft locked into the grab animation, then collides with nothing (possibly the lamp hanging from the post?) which thankfully frees him. @9:50 Bounds up some stairs, grabs a survivor and gets an extended bound, "collides" with the chest (which has no collision) and "drops" the survivor despite the fact there was clearly a place for her to be pinned to or be thrown into. As a result the survivor walks away with only infection and no damage. @10:35 Arguably simply a misplay using his power in the direction of the window, but still frustrating, Scott clearly doesn't want to vault and is even not facing the alignment of the window, yet his camera snaps to the window when he's within proximity of it and vaults anyway. @10:42 Scott imitates Wesker's chuckle to get into character, then Bounds through the shack door and connects a grab on his second bound but falls down a very small incline outside of shack and "drops" the survivor again, despite the incline not causing characters to "fall" under normal circumstances. This also prevents the "insta-down" mechanic despite the survivor being fully infected. @12:11 Bounds and grabs Ada and has the perfect angle to also slam Ada into Claudette for the deep wounds, yet the game instead detects that he "fell" again off the side of a small set of stairs despite clearly colliding with Claudette, resulting in Ada being "dropped" with no damage and no deep wounds on Claudette. @12:19 Bounds and grabs survivor again, "collides" with some boxes, slides very slightly to the right off of them and throws the survivor who hits an invisible wall extending from some hay bails, a visual and mechanical mess that is frustrating to see. @12:33 Bounds once then bounds again grabbing the survivor and colliding with the corner of shack causing the grab to become soft locked and slide against the wall for several seconds until finally colliding seemingly randomly.
Ngl this wasn't actually that bad. Like, it's not good, but it's not unplayable like people are saying. Now, if you got infinite softlocked like I've heard can happen then that is unplayable obviously. But despite these bugs you still got a 4k
Hey Scott! I'm trying to spread the knowledge of this Wesker technique I discovered. You can turn your camera while dashing to face a different direction than your movement like the nurse, but when you grab someone you begin moving in that direction. So if you could pull off a bound, but it would end in throwing a survivor into nothing or a bad area, you can turn while dashing at them to throw the somewhere else. Have fun with it dude!
I had a meg that I grabbed who suddenly went horizontal and just floated horizontally in the air for the entire rest of the match. Even when on hook and when running. She was just horizontal like she was wiggling forever.
this is not relevant to this upload but as a dbd player from the uk i hear a lot about community..streamers may have that but for the majority of players there isnt a community..its killers vs survivors..we all hate the others perks and blame them for our losses..as a survivor main im losing more often. am i having as much fun ..no..people forget if you were vs a game u wouldnt have an argument..its just a hard game..but because its another human theres extra factors..im not enjoying this game so much..but im still playing!! if ure not enjoying it check out at least for a period until u want to play again…and remember its not wether u escape its what u do in the game..and i feel thats being forgotten
Alright. the 'grabbing a survivor and just holding them up while you slowly move' has to be dubbed the monolouge tech. in which Wesker delivers his manifesto to the grabbed survivor.
I want to love Wesker I really do, but I find myself using my power less and less as I go against better survivors on maps that don’t bottleneck them into my power that otherwise gets caught on everything.
Not in terms of gameplay, but Behavior going out of their way to create a killer that has such intimate and important interactions with the environment and hitboxes (something that has, at all periods, been a major problem for dbd) is a horrible decision. Instead, I'd rather they actually create a strong foundation of a game before putting killers like this out. It would expand the possibilities in the future and allow for more powers that are environment and hitbox based, all while also standardizing killers like billy, huntress, nurse, etc.
Building fancy decorations on a pile of sticks is bound to cause a fire.
I've seen all of these along with 2 others one where when you slam someone against the exit gate right as they leave it'll lock you in place and you can't do anything and the second one is just bouncing off some walls and doorframes and being sent off in a random direction
I still have fun even with the stupid bugs. I threw a Feng min onto one of the guard rails on Garden of Joy and instead of hitting the obvious solid surface, she just slides on an invisible wall, and lands gracefully on her back and runs away. Can't wait till he's fixed but man that was funny as shit

What a mess…
I just realized, "You will not live to see the dawn" = Dead by Daylight

Is it just me, or does this claudette look faster than normal at 2:55

The injured locker sound at the end was likely a sound bug-er, feature.

Ah, another lie I see…
Wesker is a horribly designed killer imo.

The opening is 👌
Scott are you happy now? You really are evil.
I feel like this match wasn’t so buggy because he barely used his power.
I've seen all of these along with 2 others one where when you slam someone against the exit gate right as they leave it'll lock you in place and you can't do anything and the second one is just bouncing off some walls and doorframes and being sent off in a random direction
I need to see anti heal+ PWYF wesker
They really got the new survivors’ voice lines straight from the hub didn’t they

That's one way to start a video
You were playing against swarm thats amazing
I don’t know why he’s so much more Buggy than he was on the ptb. I never had any issues with his grab aside from the terrain collision.
I love how he's mostly using weskers power as mobility
nice start to the vid lmaooo
Since Buroboros doesn'!t work well, I just use it to catch up to survivors then just M1, I don't like that it can throw them to safety
Wesker would be so good if he worked at all
