That is not toxic because this is a game, in my opinion toxicity is the salt that you got after the match, when someone clicks you he just wants the fun, me for example, i'm clicking killers but at the same time i know that i don't have any problem with them but this is just for fun!
Most streamers are considering clicking and t-bagging as toxicity, he doesn't hurt you when he is clicking, again: the toxic survivor is who gives you his salt when the match ends

They should make tea bagging afflict you with exhaustion and flashlight clicking repeatedly should disable the flashlight for set amount of time
