I'm wondering if this build's potential could be amplified on Doctor with Corrupt Intervention swapped out for Thrilling Tremors, since the latter allows you to block gens throughout the game; the add-on that makes survivors scream when they get close together would reflect Apple fanboys and fangirls raving about the latest Apple Keynote to one another. Also, the Clockwork Orange eyes – because you have to see for yourself.

I made a lore accurate Pyramid head Build. First we have "knock out". When Pyramid head performs his first killing actions he does it without James hearing screams . The second perk is "insidious" because there is a moment where Pyramid head stands infront of James silently and watches him without doing anything. Also there are some moments where it feels like pyramid head was hiding from you waiting you to come close him. And as i said earlier Pyramid head kills others while standing in a corner of a room undetectably. The third perk is "play with your food" because whenever he lets James escape the next time he comes stronger and faster. Last perk is "enduring" since no matter how many hits and bullets he takes, they don't affect him. He only lost in the end because he suicided . As about the add ons , Pyramid head tries to torment James as much as possible, so use perks that make the trail of torment last longer. And as an offering use Mary's letter since this is what led James to him .

I’m not sure if you’ve done a pyramid head lore build but how about one focused around the obsession of James Sunderland: Nemesis, Play with your Food, Furtive Chase and Make Your Choice.
additionally I have a demogorgon lore build I love and surprisingly have seen good results with: Infectious Fright, Blood Hound, Fearmonger, and Hysteria. I’ll leave perk explanations in the reply
