  1. oh that mf lying his ahh off. He sounds so down in the dumps, and refused to follow up to the replies in the tweet. I personally think they are trying to fool us. New NDA contracts allow them to lie regarding the license.

  2. Terrifier 2 and 3 are the best slashers I've ever seen hands down and I've seen A LOT of not just slashers but horror media in general, Art is 10000% deserving of a spot in DBD and I hope his power would involve teleportation but only when not in view of any survivor and maybe his chain flail

Art is primarily a teleporting stealth killer in the movies, but he only teleports when hidden, never in front of anyone and he either pulls out a straight up handgun or his chain flail when people make him angry

  3. I can imagine the killer name will be “The Terrifier” since the clown is taken and it just makes sense. And the terror radius could be the terrifier theme and they design their own chase music

  4. Personally, I don’t even like art the clown and the Terrorizer series
But I still think he’d be a good addition like that doctor and that hunter skin that we got from that other horror franchise. I didn’t even know about them until after they appeared in dead by daylight. So I like that behavior gets all of these ideas and characters from around TV and movie series.
I do hope that art will eventually make it into the game just to kinda have more people to play as and to expose more people like me too licenses, and things like this to hopefully peak interest to watch the show or something like that because after I saw that doctor skin, I looked up what it was and thought it was kind of interesting .

  5. If they bring Art the Clown in dbd they better make his mori extremely gory because if not then that's not living it up to the expectations of the fans. So I don't think Terrifier would even want their license in dbd if BHVR can't do it justice lmao.

  6. ugh tbh i don’t like Art nor do i like Terrifier. i’m glad ppl like it but personally i think it’s trashy. we already have a clown, and if we’re gonna get a new one, get one that’ll be different than the previous clown…

  7. Wild theory, but maybe Art was meant to be in the slot of Fnaf?

Historically Scott Cawthon (Fnaf Creator) is very protective over the IP with regards to collaborations.

It wouldn’t be too crazy to think the deal was solidified days maybe even just mere hours before the Fnaf anniversary timeline that gave us the chapter announcement. Likely in a “here are the terms, this is a one time deal, take it or leave it” to BHVR.

Knowing both Art and Fnaf have massive pull, but Fnaf having topped every poll basically since the Hellraiser “fake out”, that would mean from a business and fan/player perspective, FNAF would be the obvious choice.

Art’s traction only began picking up pace when the creator of Terrifier tweeted about wanting him in. (Granted, he’s now probably THE next ip everyone is looking out for).

And this could also all just be elaborate fan fic of how business works lol. Reality could just be they wanted him as a skin for the clown and that’s it lmao, we’ll never really know anyways
