  1. I really enjoy the Killer Masterclass series! Even though I don't play the killers featured in your videos, it's still a great watch so I can have a reference when I decide to play them!

  2. You hit the biggest things imo for doctor I.e 3 gen lockdown which feels great as doctor if survivors pick up outer ring gens. Sloppy butcher is fantastic to slow down survivors to let you increase madness stacks. Try to anticipate when survivors are going to interact with pallets and vaults, shock therapy stops their ability to interact. Jolt/eruption/hex:ruin are all great options for 4th slot perk keeping in mind as a new player you’ll probably run base doctor perks. Remember that doctor shuts down looping pretty well; learn how to corner hit and how to cut loopers and your doctor games will feel great.

  3. Thank you for the coaching videos helping me a lot with playing killer and trying to be more efficient also how do you submit gameplay to possibly get it coached?

  4. 4:44 that’s some good eye on Red as I missed that (I’ll say too as I think the person been coached is saying he didn’t see it, and I even have the advantage of been in the back seat, people watching someone else play tend to have a wider FOV than the gamer on the control as they are dealing with moving and other game mechanics)

  5. "He has under 20 hours"

Boy oh boy, this is gonna be one of the videos of all time. Can't wait to see the game from a new player's perspective! (I have 1900) Excited to see how much intuition he has.

Edit: hey, this guy's intuition is pretty damn good! I like his attitude. He's suffering from using a controller though.

  6. Yo, former Doc main before Pyramid Head came out that picked him back up again recently. Figured I'd throw my 2 cents into the ring for any aspiring Doc players out there or anyone looking to play him for whatever reason

For fundamentals just timing your Shock Therapy is something you'll wanna prioritise first. Having a slight delay means there is a degree of prediction involved but the hitbox is fairly generous so it should only take a couple games to get the timing down. If a survivor is dancing back and forth at an unsafe pallet a single Shock turns that into the most free hit of your entire career.

For stronger tiles like shack you will need to know when to employ what I like to call the Space Invaders tech. Shoot not where they are, instead where they are going to be. Say for example the shack window is blocked and the pallet is down when they run inside, you know they have to take that pallet so aiming your shock at the pallet ahead of time as you round the corner should result in you getting the hit before they vault it. Will take a few tries to nail but it's one of the strongest aspects of Doc by a country mile once mastered

For Static Blast only real thing to say is try use it away from the border of the map, if you use it while standing in a corner or next to exit gates or what have you half of your Blast is clipping out of bounds and won't be hitting jack shit, unless you're DEAD certain someone is hiding behind a rock with Lucky Break after an injure or something and you lost them for whatever reason the closer to mid you use Static the better but even then I'd argue it's not worth it in the highlighted scenario due to the lengthy cooldown

Moving onto Perks, Doc innately has strong tracking built into his kit and while I personally advocate against it being a mainstay perk on him Whispers I can understand being useful training wheels since when it lights up at Tier 3 you're guaranteed to hit someone with Static Blast so it can be useful enough starting out to warrant a mention but it's not one I'd get too comfy with. Past that anything to help him with chase/slowdown works wonders, Jolt, STBFL, Overcharge, Eruption, Call of Brine, Sloppy etc. Could also feasibly run Distressing to give yourself a wider net for Static Blast and Dead Man on it's own since Static Blast will force people off gens anyway but pairing it with Pain Res works wonders on anyone, Doc being no exception

Finally Add Ons, DO NOT USE SCRAPPED OR INTERVIEW TAPE. They are purely for meme builds and are unwieldy at the best of times. Moving onto stuff worth half a damn Maple Knight is an amazing set of training wheels for your first set of games just to get used to the shape and size of Shock Therapy as well as the electrodes to give you a wider net to hit people with Shock but the real good shit lies in the madness add ons. Restraint revealing auras when tiering up in madness is whatever but being able to see fake doc auras through walls is stupid powerful imo for mid game tracking when Static is on cooldown and Order can be a fun one to use to mess with people and hit em with fake pallets but my pound for pound favourite is Discipline, not just because making Shock Therapy pop earlier is super good at catching people on loops easier but also the red stain it attaches to the survivor removes your own so you don't even need to moonwalk to mind game properly at long walls, T & Ls and so on

Anyway realise that was a lot and I still missed out on a ton of little intricacies but hopefully you're able to glean some useful info out of that, good luck out there Docs and remember to giggle with him for max immersion o/

  7. A few points, one is whispers for a beginner perk on doc is great. Combined with the static blast can help you have a sense of where survivors are. Second is to remember, that in tier 3 madness, survivors can't do gens. So you want to chase them less and focus on survivors who can do gens, especially if they are in stronger areas.

  8. A lot of people think information perks on Doctor are not super important because of how much information he can get basekit. But one of the things I love to run is Whispers. It makes shocking at least one survivor certain every time, and helps you triangulate where a survivor might be once you get down to a 2v1 or a 1v1. Other info perks don't hurt either, depending on the play style of Doctor you want to play. Like BBQ is still good, or Lethal Pursuer to know where to go straight away to get a good shock.
Other fun builds are things like impossible skill checks with unnerving presence, huntress lullaby, overcharge, and similar perks to make skill checks hard.
I also suggest a good look at the add-ons. Some of Doctor's best are the King and Queen of course, but also the shock range extenders are pretty nice. Doctor isn't the strongest killer out there, but he can be pretty oppressive if used correctly

  9. Static blast works better at high with it hitting survs below and at the same height. Shock when surv are near a window or pallet than at them as you have a verrry small opportunity to get a hit.

  10. doctor isn't one of the killers ive gotten yet but watching this was rly helpful, especially when you were talking about the little mistakes like not lunging when you should & slugging when it's appropriate. maybe i'll get him in the future.

  11. One of my ALL time favorite things to do as my number one main is trap survivors in shack. Basically I try to get them to drop the shack pallet as early as possible for maximum potential value. Once the pallet is dropped and you want to have a little fun, DON'T BREAK THE PALLET. They will be unable to vault, enter lockers for a total of 3 seconds if you were to count in the scream animation. As long as you play your cards right, they are guaranteed to either get injured or downed with proper use of his Shock Therapy.

  12. Wow I love your coaching style with visual drawings to explain what you mean. You seem so kind and patient. Would love to see a Wraith or Huntress coaching masterclass video.
