Ok so I have a perk build idea: dark devotion, nemesis, enduring, and then whatever you think would be good after that, killer obviously an M1 non-stealth killer, I honestly think this could be good on legion if you m1 the obsession and then go into frenzy (but I feel like it could just be a strong build in general)
