Nowhere to hide and nurse calling work pretty well with the buffed knight for me
It's funny to me that you can still just shift w the guard that's supposed to be the fast one of the 3 lol
I had a game where I think the knight was sending a guard to kick the gen I was on but I ended up getting grabbed and teleported to where the knight himself was for the animation…
The Knight is the most “camp” killer in the game. Look at his power. They’re literally called “guards.” What do guards do? They GUARD! AKA camp.
Imo the Carnifex is the only decent guard. Not for chases, but for instantly breaking pallets/gens/walls. The other two guards are absolute crap
I feel like the horse meat addon is underrated with the buff. I apply so much map pressure and assassins are automatic hits or downs if survivors don't use exhaustion perks during the hunt
no but boilover is broken know
the abuse is real
Knight – Go forth guard
Tru3 – I don't care about them.
The single most demoralizing thing you can say about this killer. Guy with a sword is what he is and if he didn't have a cool cosmetic I doubt I would play him either.
Whenever a surv dies, it goes from 4v1 to 3v1 and a whole lot easier for killer. I think they should place permanent debuffs to survs when they get hooked; A hooking debuff like a % amount of slower action skills to gens, healing, totems, etc. Maybe scale it to amount of hooks too
Might make tunneling less enticing and killers might feel like spreading hits is more viable than killing asap or just more fun. Tunneling will still be a thing, but incentivizing variety of playstyle would be cool. Hooking just isn't scary until you get hooked enough to die, before that there's not much to it
The knight is good at defending territory, not the entire map, which is what the devs said they intended when he was designed. Another admission of incompetence on the devs part for not understanding their game.
IMO hooks are only relevant if you have perks that are based/built around getting hooked. If you don’t have any hook based perks then the count is meaningless.
I think most people just haven't realized the best way to utilize knight. In my opinion the best way to use his power is with information perks such as bbq, to get long range interruptions on healing, generators, ect.
2:55 that Nea is like sure I'll give u a follow
You need the addon call to arms and maybe map of the realm too to get consistent hits with long patrols.. and its probably better to use pain res with dms like artist
What is the buff?
Still a rubbish killer
His power is not in good and chases. All you got to do is just keep. The moment you notice that he's putting his power in a small area. Just keep running and the car will can't catch you up. By going through windows or pallets the guard gets slower. You can use the guard mid chase Chase otherwise our survival will go away. It's almost like the spirit you can't see the survivor so you have to guess where the survivor is. And then drop the guard in front of them. And that is if the guard does start the chase if not you just wasted time. The guards are just meant for surprise the survivors and cutting off in corners of the map.
I was thinking about a new interesting boost to killers called "entity's favor" to allow the killer to have a bonus active ability to increase movement speed 5% for 10 seconds or have undetectable for 10 seconds with a 75 second cooldown. I believe this will offset most killers having simple abilities that seem to not do much and give them more options. (Especially M1 killers) But most of all make the games a little more engaging. A killer that can at will just sometimes be undetectable can be terrifying and keep survivors more engaged as well. While the speed boost can boost a chase efficiency every now and again or help make it to a certain hook they wouldn't make it to before. It could even have a little visual cue on the killer so survivors know when it's being used and can have some counterplay.
