This is why I don't take it serious when BHVR pat themselves on the back releasing how many cheaters they banned and what not. Like there are still so many more blatant who haven't been banned and who taunt with how long they've been cheating with no punishment

I miss old DBD. It’s crazy how you could cheat more before and there were less cheaters. Now that there’s a cheat engine there’s more 😂.
I'll say what lag switchers does, because me and my friend done and tested this loads of times. You cannot teleport normally, you need to do actions to teleport, like doing a gen, vaulting, interacting with lockers, hook saves, etc. If you suspect that someone is lag switching, just stay still when they activate it because if they don't do a action, they'll teleport back to where they activated it. They can't keep the lag switch for more than 12s, otherwise the game will automatically DC them.
I hope this helps people deal with lag switchers. If you have any doubt or question, just ask

I notice survivor only mains won't call out their cheating teammate or refuse to help them. They'll even celebrate them too if they figure it out early on by healing them constantly and protecting them from hits.

I had a lag switching Leon in my game. It’s very obvious when they do it because they run into you and you get that invisible wall as if someone is body blocking you. It’s easy to down them. When they run into you run back with them. They’re basically lagging into where they were before. That’s what I did with the Leon. I had to bleed him out because You can’t hook lag switchers.
