  1. Their passives are their audio from breathing, grunts of pain, footsteps ect. Also their height and body size affects their hitbox and stealth. I say survivors do have plenty of passives that people don't make use of because they decide to ignore those passives and taunt the killer into chases.

  2. In the DBD Board Game they made a deck of cards with skills that you can place on your character card to replace their unique perks. While the deck had skills no one had, each character had a perk that only they were able to use that wasn't in the deck.

Granted not only is it a bit late to consider that for the VG, but the two are ultimately very different games so I don't know if that would work anyways. I think the idea you came up with is pretty good and could work with some effort.

  3. I've kinda had the idea before that if a survivor uses one of their own perks, their own perks come with a small power boost when used by them. For example, Leader could have 10% increased action speed when used on Dwight. Pharmacy could give the medkit a styptic addon when used by Quentin. Flashbang could charge at 35% gen progress instead of 50% when used on Leon. That way, survivors have a reason to use their own perks and could also give killers an idea to look out for survivors using their signature perks.

  4. My idea would be before each match whatever survivor you choose you would get a randomly chosen perk that they are naturally assigned at reduced value if they don’t have that perk equipped. Like nea would get reduced stagger on falls from great height at 50%. Or street wise at 10%. When crouched move at 25% increased speed.

  5. Would be pointless to add atp since it would be blatantly obvious they’re only doing this bc of tcm.. if devs cared that much about making survivors unique in any way other than appearance they should’ve considered that before launch and not wait til another game releases for them to make that decision.. although I agree with the changes Scott said in the video I think it would make them look desperate.. they shouldn’t be worried about anything else but balancing their game.

  6. I like the idea of a "signature item" for each survivor… Something that only appears in the bloodweb of that character.

Not necessarily an item… But it can be an Add-on or Offering as well.

Passives could be nice but… Eh.

  7. Why? They are selling as good as it is already. Also it's not very good idea to bring another nuances to this game, when we have hundreds of perks that players have to account for.

  8. Survivors in DBD are already more thjan skins. For me i feel if i dont play Dwight, Steve or Felix, i lose 50% of my Skill. Dunno why that is, but some of my friends experienced the same.

  9. How about giving each survivor a unique add-on for a single item type? For example, Jill could have a lockpick add-on for the key, which allows her to open a closed hatch, even if the key, or the lack of charges would normally no allow her to?

  10. i've always thought about survivors having a single of their own teachables enhanced, e.g yui can pick up pallets faster when she runs any means, built to last recharges the items 3 seconds faster when you run it on felix and so on.
