I really really like the ghost face change. However the sadako change would be too strong imo. Crazy passive slowdown with regression meta would be too much.
I was hoping you'd mention the butt nerf for Pyramid Head, we need it back TT We need it but also I really like your Ghostface idea. To me, it goes with both the movies and the lore for this Ghostface with the fact that he's an enigma, and he's a silent and deadly killer, so having no terror radius and no heartbeat would be interesting and then to even it out with his stalking going down it pushes the killer into needing to speed up with the stalking and the survivors into finding him. Sort of like in the movies, if you don't find him quick you're bound to be next.

YES!! That Ghostface change is exactly what I was thinking how he should be reworked! Him losing his power for a whole 30 seconds because a survivor looked at him is dumb. I think to balance him always being undetectable, when a survivor looks at you while you’re stalking them, your stalk progression on them pauses after a second until you break line of sight with them, rewarding survivors for being alert without completely punishing Ghostie
HillBilly is definitely harder to play, I agree with some of these changes

Literally almost every single one of the changes punishes solo low/mid level casual survivors. Your proposed changes (atleast the buffs) help these killer in really high level games against survivors that take the game quite seriously, but as someone with only ~300 hours some of these would be horrible to go against
An idea I had for Ghostface is that he could plant a phone on a survivor and when Ghostface chooses to take down that survivor he could call that planted phone causing the survivor to be exposed no matter how much they are stalked. During that time only that survivor can expose Ghostface and once they do the exposed status effect goes away. This lasts for 60-90 seconds.

Maybe Victor could get a mechanic, where you could still control him, if he is on the survivors back, like Jokey from L4d2 and it gives the survivor a boil over effect like they give the killer if they run this perk. On top of that, if you pull the survivor with the boil over effect to a hook, victor grabs it and holds on to it. If this happens, the survivor needs to free him self from victor like they need to free the chains of pinhead. If done so, victor goes back to charlotte. ( English isn't my native language, but i hop you all understand, what i mean)
I would be fine with that spirit change you suggested. I really like to play her and she and Artist are my favorite Killers.
I like to play Sadako as well, even when she isn't that strong. Your suggestion is cool. It would also be ok for me if she gets a better chasing ability. Let her go trough pellets, when she is demanifested. Because she can't attack in this Statement, it wouldn be unfair, I think.
Myers, change that stupid Tombstone Add-on but make him stronger in exchange. He shouldn't be able to just grab fully healthy people and Mori them, even when he is mire like the lore Myers.
The Ghostface Suggestion from you is nice. I would like to play him like that.

i think irisdescent head should require the hatchet to be fully charged(it has a sound cue when it happens) and when fully charged, it should only insta-down without going faster(so regular speed hatchet instead of full speed when charged)
and yeah the limit should be 2-3 since she gives you enough time to run away and also regular speed hatchets are way easier to dodge
I'd like it if Clown's antidote bottles activated faster and maybe increased action speed (maybe 20%) when vaulting, kicking pallets, picking up survivors, etc. Also I would like for the bottles to recharge passively instead of requiring a hard reload. One more thing is to make switching between bottle types more seamless and maybe have switching bound to a seperate button. I know I said one more thing already but he has a weird bug where his skins can bug out from his perspective when he looks down so fix that lol
Along with your simple RBT rework that would actually give them some utility, to stay even more on brand with the Pig and make her a much higher-tier killer,
I think her Ambush attack should apply Hindered along with Nightfall since pretty much every example of the Pig or Jigsaw ambushing in the movies is to drug and capture someone.
Since people hated the Clowns bottle disorientation I think Nightfall would be a better alternative and give a more realistic gradual "sedation" effect.
You get Ambushed and just like in the movies you get drugged, you get slower and weaker (which would be temporary) but everything starts getting dark( which would continue like with Dredge)
Since choosing to lose a health state completely defeats most of the utility of her RBT add-ons. They could instead be applied to her ambush, which makes a lot more sense anyway.
Make her Yellow Slow release Toxin(Exhaustion) and Face mask(Blindness) Purple and Green, Make Utility Blade apply Deep wound.
Make Video Tape, Medical File, Combat Straps, and Shattered Syringe Greens and Purples because they would be way stronger and give her an Iri that gives you Undetectable for 25 seconds after an ambush like Beast of Prey.
I want them to make a game feature that if a survivor is in the gate area T-bagging (have them register how many and how fast they press the CRTL button) and allow the survivors who are out of the game for whatever reason can vote which will close the exit, highlight the survivor for the killer), and give the killer a free Mori.
I think trickster needs a little less attack speed because when you go against one they usually use ricochet and you can barely dodge the knives

Hey Spooky! I see you put quite a bit of thought into these ideas. I particularly liked the idea of giving Trapper all his traps as basekit. On the other hand, I also think that whatever changes that BHVR makes/doesn't make to both Legion and Docotor will not make either of them less boring to go against. Before anyone @s me, know that I play survivor and killer equally as much.

for the knights guards, what if there's just some audible sound when you're within 5 meters of their aura. so you don't know where it is exactly, but just not where you came from.
Perhaps with the Knight to be able to simply select the survivor your after (sharp shooters you can select locations to shoot and people why can't you with this character)… But perhaps my suggestion is a simple selection of your target and keep the banner idea and that way instead of the complete pause to summon when your in the radius of the survivor you can select them….
Um no ghostface does not need constant stealth, the amount of times ive been stalked right at the start of the game and 1 shot while having no clue hes been looking at me is ridiculous, I DC whenever it happens, cringe af and i swear ghostface is wayy too fast, cant even make 1 full loop without him catching up

All I think Pig needs is the ability to use her dash the very moment you begin crouching. Cutting down on total charge time and making it possible to do it mid chase.

If I had a change for pig with her bear traps, it would be if you miss a skill check you have to restart searching a box or you lose progress like you would a gen or so many seconds would be removed off the bear trap for every skill check missed. I think that would make bears traps a little more useful then just a minor issue.

I like all your suggestions! Knight really needs buffs because he's fun to play but as you said, everything is stacked against him. As someone who loves playing Pyramid Head I absolutely agree with you. His add-ons need a total overhaul. The range boosters for Punishment and duration boosters for Trails are the only decent ones he has. Also 100% agreed on your suggestions for Nemesis and Sadako! They're both really fun but there's very little incentive to get Nemesis to his tier 3 and Condemned is all but impossible to fill unless you devote the whole game to farming it or a survivor really messes up while holding a tape. After playing regularly for about 5 months now I've only ever gotten a Condemned mori about 3 times. Really needs a re-work. I also think Freddy needs some more tweaking to his power or add-ons to help him out more.
when i first played this game. the only character i played was Legion… expecting to able to Crouch and Run to hunt survivor like the the trailer. also it would be nice to be able to swap between the 4 of them, since they are a group than an individual. just to confuse survivors or disorient them since their skill is kinda… meh? slow? or just plain boring really.
With the Pig the box that removes the bear trap needs to be randomized. Every time you get one on your head it's the same box which makes it pointless to trap people more than once. If you fail to remove the trap with the skill check you should lose health states. Either you take one hit for instant removal or Try to cheat the system for potentially 0-2 hits. Better than the alternative which is to die.
The Doctors insanity needs to reduce over time and the range of his blast needs to be limited or nerfed out the outer half of it's range.
As huntress main, the iri hatchet change would be dope. Not bullshitting when i say i have had the exact same thought. Please BHVR 🤞

I would definitely enjoy (this would apply to all killers) if all killers within a 3 meter radius of a hook with a survivor on it, the hook timer would pause if the killer was within that radius of the hooked survivor. I say this just because even if everyone is trying to work together to unhook someone, the killer still gets a lot of the advantage and is able to camp super easily.
I have two ideas for the Knight, one a total rework and the other a minor change. The total rework would having two guards on the field at all times with zombie wandering Ai and nerfed detection ranges, allowing for actual strategy between corralling a survivor into a three person chase.
The easy change would be to have the Knight's power start as a channeled invisible projectile that goes through walls, exactly like Pinhead's power, along with getting rid of the weird movement it forces on you. If the Knight didn't have to start every patrol at his body, I would be fine letting the orb and line stay, since you can trick them into running into your body.

The biggest problem with the ghost face change is also a thing that can happen with wraith. You get a lot less points from chase and being nearby the killer as you are not in the terror radius, so if that change you suggested for ghostie were to go live, they should increase the amount of chase points survivors get when they are actually in a chase.
And to add to the ghost face idea. If a survivor that is not currently in chase with him looks at him, he should start to have a terror radius and red stain, but only as long as the not chased survivor has line of sight, and maybe have it linger for like 2-3 sec before fading back to no radius what so ever.
That way you can still help out your team by revealing him, but you have to actively follow him, putting yourself in danger.
