Sadly the map is from a test build according to DbD leaks. It's not an original map, Mathieu Coté himself confirmed that they are not going to be making any more original maps. It's most-likely the one made for the leaked chapter 23.

The killer shown will actually have multiple skins such as a male and female figure. The killers are “the black vale” which is a cult closely related to the entity that is somewhat demonic. They are said to have turned victor and charollette into what they are now due to their cruel sacrifices and experiments. I think this map will take place in a graveyard aswell. It looks as if their weapons will be antlers

I don't thing this leak is true at least for the survivor because if you put the teasing website in French you can read in the bio of the artist that she's a woman because the words are attuned to the feminine
She looks like she has some connection to the Entity so she’s probably from the Black Vale which is a cult that worships the Entity as a god and she looks to be either a teenager or young adult based on her appearance so she’s probably a worshipper and follower of the cult and as for the survivor I have no idea who he is.
