That Observer model is the chair one, due it not having a face Bountry Break showed us that while in the chair he has no face.
Would the Observer really be a survivor though? I just can’t imagine them having a survivor named just ‘The Observer’ it’s definitely a killer title. I can see him being the next killer.
They said the Observer will never become the killer, but perhaps Observer isn't this man specifically, it is a title. The Observer is the Wielder of the Aurus. Now that would be kinda loophole-ish.
I can see the Babadook book appearing in the entities realm similar to how the Lament Configuration did.

That model is definitely the one used in the tome area, as the tome cutscenes are 2D rigged animations, behaviour likely rigs 2D drawings

… That was odd. Hopped into Planet Coaster and the first thing I heard (other than background noises like chirping) was "Haddie Kaur". Obviously it was because my brain was used to the name and sort of changed what I perceived, but it was still very odd.
How come people couldn't leak this much info about year 4 or 5 anniversary? How come BHVR slips up now?

There's a video I watched a bit ago, don't remember from whom unfortunately, that explored the in-game textures, models, maps and etc. The observer is literally that same faceless model, so I'm willing to bet that one is just the model they use for him in the archives and nothing else.
What if the observer was wrong in thinking that the auris was something that could hide him from the entity.

kate denson was originally licensed, but they couldn’t get the rights for the intended licensed character so they instead reworked her for an original chapter, a chapter with both original and licensed characters may prove tenuous legally because if the license expires they’d have to figure out a complicated outcome
I really hope the Observer doesn't become a killer, it feels like a weak ending to an intriguing character. After all he does I feel he's more intriguing as a mysterious non playable character. Maybe they'd do an event where the entity briefly captures him and you can play him for a short period of time and unlock his teachables, but after the event he escapes the entity's clutches. So a basically limited time event character but you can keep his teachables.
I don't play DBD, but I am very interested on it's lore.. so this is my speculation– remember when Jigsaw talked to the observer? His eye thing was also 'disabled' there.. and then Jigsaw said that "You undermined your own existence." so.. I guess, it's possible to have the Observer as the new survivor since he's been found or trapped by the Entity. :')

Why no one thought of possibility that Observer will be interactible character? He spawns in map randomly doing his things and as killer or survivor you have to find him. If you capture him as a killer, then Entity will give you a gift, if you escape with him as a survivor – you get a gift from Observer himself. He could be like a regular NPC, considering that devs said, that he will never be a playable character. Instead of crown you could be looking for him

The existing model/animations are 100% for the Archives background. He does have animations there, if you look closely, and the model itself fits fully. Besides, the face is blurry as it isn't possible to see Observer's face in the background. I'm positive that if they ever bring Observer into the game as a playable character – they'll create a new model for him as even in cutscenes he's changed quite a bit.

Thank you for posting this. I still wonder if we are getting a spider type of killer. Maybe the observer turns into the entity's true spider form where the entity is finally going to be revealed to everyone what it looks like in its true spider form in the fog at long last. So maybe the entity is revealing itself in its true spider form in the game at long last where the entity already in the game will be the killer.
For we only seen spider legs from the entity by the hook by not the entity's full spider form yet and the entity has powerful perks as well where its able to reach in the lockers or maybe coocoon survivors as well. Was the observer the entity's human form before becoming the entity and becoming a spider in the game where the entity is the killer where we see the entity's true form at long last.
Anyway maybe the entity itself it the 6th aniversary killer for its possible DBD developers said lets bring in the entity in its true spider form and give the entity super powerful killer perks to go with it.
Maybe Haddie Kaur knew the observer who was possibly the entity in his human form as well and also in its spider form as well knowing how the entity tranformed and became a spider.
Anyway maybe the entity is the killer where its the huge spider as well where the entity itself will be the killer in the game where it has some super powerful perks to stun a survivor as well and it has a cocooning method for its mori where the entity's mori if it entity is the killer is super cool as well.
For we will just have to wait and see it the entity itself will wind up being a killer in the game as well where it becomes a spider in the game where we see the entity in its spider form in what the entity really looks like besides its spider legs by the hooks and by the generators sometimes the entity coming in play as time is running out in the game as well.
When is the anniversary chapter coming out?
