Hey everyone, today I thought we’d discuss the likely upcoming content for the sixth year of Dead by Daylight, primarily focusing on the possible chapters we could get and what content would be included within those chapters.

The Resident Evil x Dead by Daylight chapter PTB is out and the new killer is Nemesis and survivors, Leon S. Kennedy and Jill Valentine. The Racoon City Police Department is the new map!

  1. Lemme take a look at the anime's. So personally i'd say most of those anime's don't really fit into dbd as chapters. I could maybe imagine Tokyo Ghoul as it features both "Killer" like creatures that can change their form to humans. And also normal people. That could be a little like the Legion chapter many hoped for. But apart from that i don't really see most of those anime in the game tbh.

  2. The only problem with supernatural it there are a lot is monsters with a main monster each season and each episode has its own monster. However the survivors can be Sam and Dean Winchester and made some cosmetics for people like John Winchester and more.

I don’t see how The Last of Us fits DBD in the slightest, but they could very easily release the Chapter/“Paragraph” on all platforms but simply make a cosmetic only available for PS4 and/or PS5 players like they did with Fortnite for Kratos and Aloy.

I’d say Until Dawn is much more likely (assuming Sony retained the IP).
There’s tons of survivors to choose from & a Wendigo would be a great character.

  4. I would LOVE a werewolf killer but I feel that vampire is far more likely since others have discussed vampires or even Vlad the Impaler being added to the game so who knows but it'd be fine to have some more supernatural killers.

  5. I really want them to do an Until Dawn Chapter, but I reckon it could be more of an exciting bigger chapter, like we get 3/4 survivors and 2 killers! Like they normally have 1 each or one killer 2 survivors, but we could have like Sam, Mike (and some of the others like Emily, Chris Ash) and then for killers we could get Hannah obviously and (spoilers) wendigo Josh. Like how cool would that be. (Idk just an idea)

  6. The Last of Us isn't completely out of the question. Uncharted 4, another Naughty Dog property is set to release on PC, and the very same could happen with LoU. No doubt something in the works with the first game's upcoming second re-release.

  7. Personally I would say springtrap, for sure, dispite the bad rep the franchise has due to fandom being infested to the brim with children, fnaf was never ment to be a thing for kids,
Springtrap would fit like a glove imo,
And I would love to see him being added

  8. One out of nowhere chapter idea I had was a danganronpa chapter that adds psychological horror elements (this totally isn’t because I recently played through the trilogy on steam).

Anyway the chapter would consist of the mastermind from Trigger Happy Havoc (probably called “The Despair” or “The Ultimate Despair” in game), Nagito Komaeda from Goodbye Despair because I wanted my perks affected by luck, and the location of Killing Harmony since its layout makes the most sense for DBD.

The killer power comes in two parts, deception and manipulation. Deception allows the killer to disguise as the furtherest survivor away. From here you can search drawers for a weapon and use that in survivor form to damage other survivors. But survivors can also search these drawers and attack other survivors who they may think is the killer. Manipulation involves trapping windows, pallets, gens, chests, and drawers by placing a Monokuma button on them. Activating the ability while looking at the desired item will cause the entity to block that thing for 2 secs for a window or pallet and 15 secs for everything else.

  9. I think, instead of having a Christmas related killer, make Christmas related cosmetics and instead, because of the release of Dying Light 2 in December, add in a Dying Light chapter, where the survivor is Kyle Crane and the killer is the volatile

  10. One that I would personally like to see (but know it’s impossible because of Square Enix) for an anime one is Final Fantasy 7 remake chapter. Sephiroth as the killer, Cloud and Aerith as survivors (Tifa as Legendary) the map is alittle harder to create, but the Slums or Wall Market could be a good start. This is an impossible dream

  11. FNAF would be really cool cause I am a huge fan of the franchise, but I see it as unlikely as in the past, people pestered the hell out of the devs if they were gonna add it so they probably don't wanna hear it anymore. Also, Scott said he doesn't want crossovers for games so unlikely he would want a licensed character from his series in DBD. Though it be a bit humorous to see a fursuit to get looped by survivors.
