  1. I really think that instead of distance and immunity, Dead Hard should give like a second of Endurance. You're about to get hit, you get deep wounds, and you get your speed burst, and are exhausted afterward.

  2. I think corrupt makes sense on Legion cause you force Survivors to look for gens far from them and this makes them close each other so you can use the frenzy and maybe down the 5th Survivor

  3. My main gripe with Dead Hard is the more the fact that it can fuck over a Killer's ability for no reason. When you press E, whatever misplay you've done is now corrected or even rewarded, and the Killer is punished regardless of whether they outplayed you or not.

Say that you chased someone as Executioner and you landed the perfect Punishment flick. In a perfect world, you'd be rewarded with a downed Survivor. In The Worst Timeline™ however, the Survivor can just press E.
Say you got a really great read as Huntress and you threw a Hatchet that lands directly on the Survivor. Normally, you'd get a down for reading the Survivor and punishing the Survivor for making a stupid play/being too predictable, but here you can just press E.
You cornered someone into a loop with a Bear Trap as Trapper? He can just press E over the Bear Trap and fuck the Trapper over, who now has to awkwardly loop around his own trap, or just swing, get Dead Hard'd, and fall into his own trap for no reason.

If I designed DH, it'd be like a parry from any regular Souls game: you press E, an animation would play, and either one of 2 things happen:
    1) You read correct and you dodge the attack. You get rewarded with additional distance and time, and the Killer is punished by a failed M1, just like current DH.
    2) You either mistimed or just predicted wrong and now you've used the perk. Nothing happens, if anything, now the Killer punishes you for failing by downing you.
This new DH allows you to dodge attacks (Punishment, Hatchet, Lethal Rush, Nurse Blink attack, etc.) if timed right, but won't protect you against non-lethal abilities (Gas Bottles, Bear Traps, Shockwaves, Snares, etc.)

  4. Suggested dead hard nerf:

Make it not invincible, but give you endurance for the duration (so you get put into deep wounds if you get hit) maybe even make it put yourself into deep wounds guarenteed

And make there be a movement speed lowering effect afterward that still allows actions like vaults and pallet drops
