flashbang blinds are weird. I've looked straight up at the sky as soon as a flash bang was dropped, and I've still gotten stunned and dropped survivors I was carrying 2-3 times. Now I just completely face the opposite direction (still looking up at the sky) and hope I don't get RNG blinded and drop the survivor I'm carrying despite looking away
Oh, and I forgot when flashbangs are dropped around a corner and there's zero audio of the flash bang going off. I get they're somewhat hard to get/use, but flashbangs need more consistent, fair counterplay
It keeps getting clearer and clearer to me that DbD has the most toxic player base that I’ve ever seen. Even when the devs consistently buff survivor stuff to cater toward the survivor mains and casual players, they still manage to complain when they make minor nerfs that needed to be taken out for years. I truly don’t understand why the devs suck up to people that are like “I don’t care that you made flashlight saves 10x easier, now I can’t macro and clicky in the killers face!” Truly mind blowing how bad things have gotten.
Honestly your camping and tunneling is crazy and your able to do that in order to win and bring all these regression perks but when you run into a swf it’s broken cause they have coms really ? Pathetic

What probably happened with the PTB testing is they intentionally put it lower than they thought, erring on the side of caution. When the PTB didn't work right, they just decided to go entirely based off the internal testing, which may even have changed what they consider the correct value.
As for flashbang vs flashlight, I think Flashbangs are weaker than flashlights, but the flashbang perk + a good medkit/toolbox is stronger than a flashlight
