I wouldn't identify a race or nationality in a vid title because you know people will run with it and make it some massive racist related issue they always do.

it is not surprising that in the comments they write about Russians like that. Russians are always bad for everyone, and the fact that you, English-speaking players, are also behaving toxicly, for some reason is not taken into account. So don't judge.

Racism- is prejudging someone based on the color of the skin, ethnic origin, religion or nationality.
All who claims that since Russian is not race – than hate speech and discrimination to Russian people is not racism – you’re wrong and you’re racists apparently.
Russian – is not just the person from a particular country. Check what ethnicity and nationality means, and you’ll get it.
If it’s difficult for you – change “CRYING RUSSIAN” to “crying Arab/Muslim/woman/person of color/Indian/Israeli/” and you’ll get why it’s not appropriate, why it’s a racism and an obvious hate speech.
