Her power looks really weak as you need to set up at least two crows to injure.
What are your thoughts on the Artist? Do you think any of her perks will be changing the meta?

Yeah, I honestly don't see the utility of Pentimento in a world where Booners exist. People still cleanse, sure, but as Boons become more mainstream, then that'll go down significantly. EDIT: If it replaced a Boon with Pentimento and then forced a Survivor to cleanse it, then that'd help Killers with Boons and Pentimento would easily become a meta perk.
The Scourge Hook perk is easily her best one, and the only one off her kit I presently want. It'd help a lot with current gen speeds.
I think her power is… Fine. It can shut down loops and be stacked up, but by the time you've got it set up (having seen gameplay of it), the Survivor can just go somewhere else to avoid getting hit with Crows. At that point, her M1 becomes stronger, but her the usefulness of her ability is dubious. What will really make or break her power, is the strength of her add-ons.

Is it just me or does pain resonance sound similar to another perk?
I'm totally Leon main but also playing as Nemesis and Ji-Woon. And I'm glad devs are finally doing something to slow down doing generators.
Hex Pentimento sounds really good in theory but it seems like it sucks

Needs to not be a hex. Other hex perks would also be better if they weren't hexes like enough with totem perks…
Tbh I see her hex perk working with Hex: Plaything, each survivor hooked has to cleanse a totem for you, you go and get that totem rekindled, start the chain. But… boon totems. Plaything can be blessed, you aren't forced to cleanse it anymore. I feel like her Hex would have been meta pre-boon totems. I guess BHVR tried at least :/
