Dead By Daylight posted a teaser for Chapter 31 on their social media platforms today. This one “found footage” of a camper being attacked by a creature out in the woods! Let’s look at the footage and discuss! What is this thing? The Crawler? Welcome to my Tinfoil Talk!
The new chapter content will be revealed when Steam players get to test new content in the PTB (Public Test Build) on Tuesday February 20th. But this seems to be the first teaser with clues as to what can we expect in Chapter 31 for this new content, which will have a new killer, a new survivor, and a new map!

I haven’t been interested in playing DBD for a while now but My curiosity has been peaked
I'm amazed of how much work they put on these teasers! Is that real footage, isn't it? Honestly, I think the build-up before the chapter is going to be better than the chapter itself!
It seems we won't have a mimicking and baiating killer, since it can unzip the tent and open fences… It doesn't need to wait for us approaching him! 😨
Also, I realized there are other explanations for the voices than purposedly baiting the victims. People could just partially become trapped and part of it (somehow) and they are just begging for help. A more accurate theory could be that the monster doesn't bait survivors, just speaks to them whatever he knows, and those are creepy last words of its previous prey.

Fun thing about this chapter is that we have already 3 different descriptions of what that thing might be. So with that in mind, it might be able to shapeshift (not entirely since it is twisted) and it seems to use the skin of it's victims as well

That creature is terrifying!! I can't wait until the revel however, I will miss these types of clues and found footage. I hope the voice lines for the killer are in the game too, it will make it much creepier.
I really love the way they teased this upcoming chapter, there was SO much effort put into just TEASING the killer.
This either means we can expect a well thought out killer, or at least a well designed audio and viaual

Just a random thought / theroy i think the killers name will be the cryptid and the reason they seem to have muitly faces is beacuse nobody in the lore of the killer could agree to what it looks like because of long the grindey video
