Midwich Elementary is by far my favorite. I'm a sucker for Silent Hill and I'll always talk my GFs ear off when we play that map with fun facts.
Like did you know that pyramid head initially wasn't going to have a pyramid on his head?
Originally, he was simply going to have a blank face. Similar to modern day slender man. But Masahiro Ito didn't want to imply that Pyramid Head was human or had once been. So he covered his face with a pyramid.
His reason behind the acute pyramid being his choice is a result of the sharp edges looking as though they alone can inflict pain and suffering.
