  5. its bit weird both new teaser trailer an gold and silk trailer both have a curtian been pulled (yeah different colors but still) could be a connection, taken into account the style of clothing and whats given in the teasers, whether its in the description or the actual images it could be tied together somehow….? food for thought anyone…..

  12. It may be a late 1600’s woman about to be executed via hanging due to witchcraft? Note many of the deaths of say the Salem witch trial had an audience. She may be taking her last breath before the entity takes her.

  15. Actress, witch and writer? Elvira is an actress and witch, Cassandra Peterson is an actress and writer. Remember, as Mathieu Côtè said: "This year (2021) we have some impressive stars". A K-pop star, Resident Evil with star (S.T.A.R.S.) characters, Pinhead – The Hellraiser's star and now we have Elvira.

  19. I have 3 little tinfoil theories on how she got in the game.
    1. So this girl becomes an actor and does the Macbeth. The teaser show her props. Hence why there is a very stereotypical witch hat and bottles. But she does her play and nobody is liking it, they are all booing her. She goes super mad and runs away, where the entity finds her and turns her into a real witch.
    2. She was an actor and got so invested in the Macbeth play, she started researching and practicing witching stuff. She uses some of her props to help her progess. She continues to do her play and gets booed off like the last theory, making her run and get caught by the entity again.
    3. The survivor is a magician. Her magic was real. She was a witch, but only for the sake of helping people by giving entertainment. The entity notices this person using tons magic for good reasons (similar to how he can tell when killers kill a bunch of people). He does not like that so he takes her to dbd. She uses her powers to give us the boon totems and starts helping all the survivors. She is now trapped in dbd but proceeds to help people over and over.
    I personally think my third theory makes the most sense

  20. Is it possible that the new survivor is a author? The teaser is a book opening, and the author is about to come out to read their new book. She writes about witchcraft and fictional spooky and mysterious stories, but in reality, she's writing about her life and trauma.

    To add on, the "Maintinee of the moonstone" is her new book
