I don’t think this is a reference to Chucky… But I really do hope he comes into the game soon he’s my favourite horror killer
That doll is either a Raggedy Ann or Raggedy Andy. It's just an Easter Egg nothing more. Chucky doesn't fit DbD physics because his movies focused on the doll and not the man. The doll isn't tall enough to hook survivors unless he shrinks the survivors OR the doll grows just long enough to hook a survivor. Chucky makes 0 sense for DbD.

I will say, the doll in the game and the movie, while both are a Raggedty Doll, aren't the same. In the movie, Laurie has an Ann (the girl) doll. But in the game, it's Andy (the boy) doll. While this all may be a coincidence, it kind of hints at "Chucky" coming into the game eventually. Chucky and Andy have similar colored clothing, and of course, Andy is the name of the protagonist in the films. Maybe it will get released in time for season 2 of "Chucky"?

Either way, That is definitely 100% Raggedy Andy/Ann. There is no doubt in the comparison. The only question is why is he here since he's not shown in this house at all in the reference material that they used to re-create it and that's saying a lot considering how accurate it really is.

If you look closely, it’s a raggedy Ann doll. If it’s a tease at all, it would be for Annabelle, as the real Annabelle doll is a raggedy Ann doll.
Raggedy Ann was a super popular doll in the 70s. Laurie has one in the Halloween movie.

Hey king. so I have a crazy theory. What if the news paper teasers are in fact teasing fnaf, but they are not teasers for the aniversy. These teasers are ment to throw us off from the real teaser which still has not been released. But at the same time they are also teasing a fnaf killer for the future. I thought of this because I realized that dbd likes to always think a head and make teasers for the future.
