  1. While I agree I'd rather have this rework come to live than it being scrapped. I do hope bhvr tries to make skull merchant better because I do know there were people who enjoyed playing skull merchant (not in a 3 gen way) so turning their power into "trying really hard to get something the xenomorph has as an add-on" sucks for them. It seems like BHVR didn't get that the main problem with skull merchant was that she was really good at holding a 3 gen, its that she isn't good at doing anything other than holding a 3 gen, so now she's pretty much got nothing. While this wouldn't fix everything that is wrong with live skull merchant (the skull merchant who can 3 gen if you're reading this in the future), 80-90% of what you would need to do is take the whole "drones can't detect stationary survivors" thing and apply it to her base kit. That fixes a majority of her chess playing potential. There's a bit more you would need to change for a perfect rework but not as much as what BHVR did change.

  2. i don’t understand what’s wrong with the anti camping with huntress? you get the endurance so it still gives you more speed if she even hits you and she can’t basically instantly down you again

  3. All of this definitely proves that Dead By Daylight is an asymmetrical survival horror game where one killer has to hunt down and kill four survivors, while the survivors must repair generators to power the exit gates and escape.
