The best strategy against this is camping a hook, they’re either forced to trade or cleanse.

My solo w teammates never cleanse and it’s 9/10 a 4K 🤦🏾♂️ I’m always thinking of your videos. Then when I play as Plague most people cleanse but I can’t hit those shots like you!
Danggg- I don't have much luck with Plague on that map and this team was super coordinated, it had to be a SWF. Great game!
