  1. Yet you keep playing DBD, the cheaters have been a problem, BHVR being bad or incosistant with it's reaction, Concerned more about posts on social media than content in game, Pleads how hard life is for them as programmers against cheaters while cheaters abuse players and we get skins….Classic tell you what you want to hear or what will be "accepted", then continue to milk "cash" cow until it dies.

  2. except for in tf2 once you join you can leave with no penalty, TF2 has at most 1 dev still on the game, and you can actually somewhat stand a chance against them (vac medic) while DBD is a complete opposite. (i hope DBD won't have bots for long)

  4. They do things, they continue to do things…Duh, you have an online game if you were not doing the basics of mainenance I would be even more upset. That is like telling me you change your oil, you put gas in your car…The problem is there is 1 guy fresh out of college that deals with cheaters, while they have 60+ people working on skins and new killers…at this point I don't care about new killers, I want everyone at the company to be working on cheaters and bots…Like for real, I could care less at this point if you ever gave me another killer with the state the game is in.

  5. As a tf2 player, at least tf2 has a match kicking system. Dbd can't have that. So if it becomes as bad as tf2 rn, it's gonna be so much worse in dbd

  6. Titanfall 2 is another tragic example of an amazing game that was crippled by bots and connection issues caused by someone exploiting the source code. Luckly the community was able to host their own servers and kind of fight back against it.

  7. As a "proud" TF2 player; I've seen the bot problem in DBD and started actually panicking. Sure, BHVR is actually trying unlike Valve, but it still is a really serious problem. Hope DBD doesn't get into TF2 wasteland-ish game. And I'm also gonna commit nto the massive email spam because we need a change and we need it now

  8. TF2 has a community game mode where u can play on different maps with different weapons and such with little to no cheaters.

But DBD on the other hand does not have a community game mode which could cause more cheaters to get into the main game mode.

So I think that DBD should make a community game mode or make it so that u can play with random people on private servers without the need of friends bc it can be really hard to make friends without the use of comms and the chat filter being weird half of the time.

  9. The new bots by the hacker group is very hard for dbd to resolve as it is built from ground up and have all sort of tools implemented in them. They can ban accounts sure, but to disable to bot service..like the hacker group said. Not in a 100 years

  10. Tf2 vet here

They didn't only ignore the bots for 2 straight years, they also haven't released a major content update since 2017. So we've been in a major update drought for 4 and a half years.

  11. I went against a bot spirit hacker a week ago too. they even used the same cosmetic. I instantly knew something was wrong when her passive phasing was way too long (I could only see her for a split second before she vanishing for 3 seconds. )

  12. I've gone against one of these, same spirit skin too. Needless to say I uninstalled and will not be coming back, the community is far too toxic anyway.

  13. You guys have no idea what its like in CS:GO if you havent played it. (It has one of biggest comp. scene and playercount of Valve)
I've been a csgo player for 7 years and the cheater problem is IMMENSE. It's 100 times worse than DBD. If you want to play you MUST pay a 3rd party, for their matchmaking, because it has anticheat unlike regular CSGO

  14. Hey, Valve, people outside of TF2 community are paying attention to the game not being in a good shape, maybe it's a time for updates, fixes, comics, new weapons please, other stuff?

  15. Still trying to kiss the ring of BHVR devs I see. Yes, the difference between valve and BHVR is BHVR is actually doing "something" to address it's problems. HOWEVER, there is a major difference between TF2 and DbD. TF2 is 15 years old. It is way past it's market prime, to the point that it is free to play. The game is well past it's development cycle with no meaningful content coming out for it, and hasn't been for some time. DBD on the other hand did nothing or not much, to the extent that cheaters who were survivors would even receive lesser (1-2 week bans) compared to killer players who exploited in game bugs (permanent bans for legion exploits).
With TF2, it's not like valve is or was acting in such a way as to not punish cheaters on the red team because of some sort of preference (unlike BHVR). BHVR's problem is that they really are only starting to "care" AFTER loosing half of their player base. This does not mean that they actually care, what it means is that they see they are bleeding players and are trying to keep from bleeding out but they already used their unbreakable and forgot they are slugging themselves. By that I mean this is a long term problem of their own making, they chose to do nothing in early years so hackers have an ease of access; They didn't treat cheating as a serious issue before, unless it was one side doing it, and they still only view exploits as a problem when done by one side. For Valve, it's a matter of investing time and money into a product that earns them very little or nothing, for BHVR it's too little too late.

  18. the best way to make a compamy listen is to hit them where itt hurts.

    Their wallet their profits.

if the tf2 community wants bots to stop quit the game entirely stop supporting the game, and stop buying valve products until the product is fixed.

This is why dbd is so frantically trying to fix problems. because people stopped givinf a shit about the shitty devs and shitty dbd and theyve quit to better, funner, games where the devs care for their project.

I for one replaced dbd for a game called Get Stuffed! , it is an extremely fun cat and mouse type game that is not only fair but has so many quirks and playstyles to chose from. By far the best game out there in terms of dbd "style" games
