A fan-made concept for a Predator chapter in Dead By Daylight, including just the killer and a snowy version of the MacMillan Estate.

This project, like all of my previous has been made in the Unity game engine. I have sort of recreated the base game so that I can implement custom content into it like this.

Aliens vs Predator (2010) assets belong to Rebellion Developments. This includes the model of the Predator, as well as the sound effects.

Dead By Daylight assets belong to Behaviour Interactive. This includes most of the content inside the concept like the UI, map, sounds, animations, models, and more.

  1. We totally need predator in the game. I’m sure either predator or alien would happen sooner or later. Alien is okay as far as video games go. But predator is doing terrible. The game was a failure and it would be wise if the franchise goes this direction instead of attempting another game.

  3. My main gripe with this power is that the Challenge mechanic is severely underwhelming. Incapacitated is basically useless in your TR since you're likely going to be chasing them, and while the aura-reading effect from outside the TR is nice, the fact that you need to be that near to them to challenge them and then have them leave your TR for 3 seconds within a 20-second timeframe means you're likely going to get very little use out of that.

    As for Camouflage, well… I would say it's a better Wraith since you can attack out of it, but the lack of bonus mobility and the activation/deactivation time really puts a dampener on that.

  4. This is cool and all, but there is something that I noticed. Challenge doesn’t really do anything noticeable. Every time Challenged was used, it was followed up with a normal chase. Though I like the idea, it doesn’t exactly seem like something you would use all too often. How about instead of the original buff within a terror radius, The Predator can see the Killer Instinct of any survivor who he’s challenged within an 18 meter radius, and their auras outside of it.
