  1. i was waiting for the survey. Had the idea the days that we can unlock the chapter backgrounds, the matching music and event backgrounds while playing and we can use the unlocked things as we want.

    For example, you want to have the background of the Oni chapter. For that you have to play say for 15 rounds any character from the chapter to unlock it. If you don't have the chapter or you don't want to play the characters, you can unlock it with shards.

    Of course, this only works for non-licensed chapters.

    With such a special background and music like Attack on Titan then simply the purchase of one of the skins is enough.

    And with event backgrounds and music you just have to play the event.

  5. I did the survey they put out and I’m so excited if they do bring different game modes or just something new and different. They’re finally seeming to listen to people of their game. Just hopefully it doesn’t break the game like some of their updates do.

  7. HEY HEY now about the graphics LET'S CALM DOWN THERE
    I don't think this is a good idea. It might sound awesome for people who have money and good PCs but that's a huge concern for people who don't. People who don't have strong PCs already struggle finding cool games to play, especially online ones that everyone plays, and DBD already has a messy optimization. I have spent so much time playing this game and i don't wanna just wake up some day and the game can't run on my PC anymore just because people want the game to be the new RE2 remake. We gotta think about accessibility too, this is a game that a lot of people get to play because the graphics aren't super insane. Not every game needs super realistic incredible graphics, a game can not be that and still look good like DBD. Sure making the game look a little better would be OK but only if they do it correctly, or else a bunch of people won't be able to play anymore. They really need to work on the optimization and customization of graphics. They also need to make sure the game doesn't look even worse for people who have low end PCs.

  13. The problem with ranked mode is I think the results would actually be opposite of what you'd expect. It tends to be the best players that play to meme around and just have fun. So ranked would end up just being the average player who thinks they're above average (myself included) and ranked would be the new players, and the players who are actually the best, and I think that would really turn new players away from the game.

Alternate time-limited events like the Snowmen are always interesting, but if I'm honest, I'm only excited about them because BHVR MIGHT decide to put something like that in the base game forever. I yearn for something fresh (7 unique generators that do different things / have different requirements, A solution to survivors hard stealthing (something like a Golden Snitch that spawns when no chase has started for 45 seconds. If anyone finds it and grabs it, they see all auras including in lockers for ~20 seconds), We could get an alternative to pallets & windows (i.e: a metal shutter that you can slam shut which the killer can't break, but it automatically reopens after 2.5 seconds and has a ~minute long cooldown before a survivor can slam it shut again. Like Project: Playtime's doors))
    Any other limited time event, in my eyes, is always in the context of testing and pursuing something bigger that could be put into the base game.

  15. I know I’m not the only one who’s tired of just doing gens and just running around the map looking for flowers. They need to chill on cosmetics and work on a new game mode. Dead by daylight gotta make a game mode like “find who the killer is” survivors round around looking for clues while the killer who’ll be in disguise as a killer can sabotage and kill survivors.

IMO for the icons showing what everyone is doing, there should also be one that shows if someone's in a chase or not bc I just KNOW there are gonna be ppl who look at the empty icon and complain that a player 'wasn't doing anything' when really they looped the killer for a gen and then got away. It's not like it'd be an op addition or anything since the obsession claws already serve a similar function.

  18. They could make a 1v1 mode… On the 3 Standart maps… Starting shack and when you surv A specific time you win… If you get downed in a specific time you getting moried… Would be noice

  20. Does anybody else get bothered by these things??
    -Maps are no longer dark/scary
    -The newer characters like ada and Rebecca don't have hook animations. (There mouth doesn't mouth with adio (constipated)
    -Why is there not a new game mode. Just put BP insensitives in old game mode or new game modes.
    -Why no new new hiding mechanics like beds or cralw spaces

  33. Trying to get back into this feels horrendous. Killers tunneling still and it just amazes me despite all the changes to stop that it still is stupid common. That aside I'm trash and know nothing about the perks added in the past year so this is fun…

  34. I honestly don't understand why 8 V 2 hasn't been implemented yet. IdentityV already has this and many other game modes and the core gameplay is literally the same. So, I just feel like the DBD Devs were using the "it won't work" as a lazy excuse in the past. And now that more people are asking for it they are forced to really address it. IDV has 2 V 8, Tarot. (basically one person is the main target of killers, the team needs to protect them – basically game play tunneling), freaking dodgeball?? And ranked matches. DBD needs to catch up. Why are the mobile games so better off.
