Dead hard is certainly not dead, although the biggest issue with the rework currently is that if the killer tunnels you, you won't be able to use dead hard. I think dead hard should be more similar to mettle of man so that it doesn't cause deep wound. So, if you're getting tunneled, you can use dead hard and protect yourself from getting the deep wound effect, and then you can get hit with BT and off the record and then you go down giving you 3 health states if you use dead hard correctly to help make killers tunnel less often.

I can see this perk stronger in a sabo build as well
