Dead By Daylight’s new chapter “Roots of Dread” was released yesterday with new survivor “Haddie Kaur”, new killer “The Dredge”, and the new Garden of Joy map. Alongside these new characters we saw some additional cosmetics released for them. One of The Dredge cosmetics in particular caught my interest.
The Dredge has an outfit called “Twisted Plaything” from the Malicious Mannequin Collection. “A grotesque pile of neglected children’s toys has found a home. Should you gaze upon this decaying collection of hideous blank stares, playtime is over.” From the instant I saw it this cosmetics really gave me vibes of Jake Wheeler’s sculpture made out of doll parts from the Chucky SyFy & USA Network TV series.
Upon closer inspection there seems to be an homage to Chucky himself embedded in this cosmetic! Is this just and Easter Egg treat or is this an indication of some Child’s Play content to come? Settle in and listen to my Tinfoil Talk!

The house in the new map I thought hinted at Stranger Things (return?), there was the grandfather clock and everything was upside down. Also the red ambiance. I’m probably overthinking it/wishful thinking.
It doesn’t even need to be like twins, maybe Chucky is small but the entity gives him one extra power to summon his old human self to pick up bodies and hook them?
One can only hope The Good Guy is coming to The Fog eventually.

My idea for chucky. Have the main body be Nika and you can place good guy dolls around the map sort of like the hag and trapper. Some are already placed around the map. If an injured survivor is within 6 meters of a chucky doll killer instinct sctivates for 3 seconds and you can possess the doll. The doll has a 1 shot ability like myers where within 18 seconds of possession anyone you stab goes down. Nika has a base movement speed of 4.6 and chucky has a movement speed of 5.0 but every 3 seconds it goes down by .1 until it hits 4.6. Nika will start the trial with 4 chucky dolls and from 4-8 will spawn randomly at the start of the trial. The chucky dolls are not seen by survivors though aura (not affected by aura reading perks until the doll is possessed) chucky will also have a 5% increased lunge attack. Like victor the chucky doll can be taken down by survivors. They can either get behind it or blind it with a flashlight, once blinded can stomp chucky frol any angle. (Chucky is not affected by lightborn) Chucky can see auras from perks and generators. Chuky cannot hook survivors. Chucky can hide in lockers as well and if a survivor tries to open the locker they get insta downed. There would also be a skin for Tiffany and her Tiffany doll

So since the tin foil is out allow me to give you my vision…. In the show Charles Lee Ray possesses people. What if when Chucky gets a down he possesses the closest survivor and they pick up the downed survivor. Since two survivors are occupied with the hooking they both have wiggle skill checks which make the wiggle bar have a speed boost

Dude, please let it be real, we've already worked out all the kinks on how to implement him, now the time is right to add this horror icon to the Fog, complete with laughter and voice lines by the Legendary Brad Dourif

If Chucky is confirmed, hopefully Brad Doriff voice the killer doll. And Jennifer Tilley be Tiffany if she's involved. And have a new survivor be the grown up version of Andy.

Solving the problem of "hooking" survivors I think they can implement something like Pyramid Head, but Chucky starting a ritual for body possesing.
Well the entity supports ghostface, gives him some powers. I can just see the entity giving chucky an ability to levitate someone in the air to deal with the issue of being able to carry someone, plus Chucky knows voodoo you can say it's a spell he's doing. The twins is definitely the early foundations of a pitch to get Chucky into the game.
if chucky came as a new killer to dbd, I think I'd have to start playing the game, this would be so amazing ✨ andy could be a new survivor, kyle (the girl andy met in child's play 2) would be a cool new survivor too imo
