The third layer its truly unselting. Like a chorus to ones inminent death.
The chase on the other hand doesnt feel right. Looks like if the assasin was the terminator or just a boss fight in some dark game.
Yep. This one's amazing. Sounds straight from the movies itself. I'm glad they went with this one, this one is more source material than the PTB one. I would have liked it if they used something similar to the Aliens theme in Alien Isolation since I think the music in that game fits the Xenomorph more, but this is fantastic as is.
I can't believe there are people literally commenting saying they miss the old Chase music.
Can't wait to get this when I'm home, the whole chapter and the Alien Queen skin will be mine xD

I do think that the ptb 32-8 was better. But the chase is less annoying in live
I'm happy they changed it. I liked the terror-radius on the ptb but the chase music sounded like a fucking washing machine what is gonna blow up any second because its 30 years old.

I like the old one more for how chaotic it sounded as you ran from an unknown creature. This chase music makes it feel more like you're being chased by a normal threat

The PTB’s music is more reminiscent of Alien (very creepy deep space vibes) the Live’s music is more reminiscent of a licensed boss character (huge orchestra that does the license justice).
Ptb one is way better, this is not a good change

the old chase music was way better i know it sounds like a washing machine but it was a remix of the nostromo reckage alarm and was more unique and scary as your getting chased by an unknown creature while the new one sounds like your being chased by a subarbun serial killer

That 3rd layer is giving me vibes of sadakos 3rd layer with the strings but yes now it feels more like a horror theme
