Today Dead By Daylight released their official teaser trailer for the upcoming DLC and I’m here to analyse it with you guys. After going through the clues and following the breadcrumb trail I think we may have finally figured out what the next chapter will be!

I honestly don't care about the Hellraiser franchise and would've preferred other licenses but, I'll NEVER knock people who wanted certain characters so, happy for all of you who wanted Hellraiser/Pinhead. 🙂
Also, I saw that you were getting slightly aggravated on Twitter and, I said this on Paulie's video and I'll say it here, it was fun speculating at first but all fights that broke out was really disheartening to see and, at this point, I kinda just want Springtrap, Candyman and Pennywise in DBD to finally have them out of the way because, despite how much I do like those characters(Love ST and Penny, CM is ok to me) I just don't like seeing people be asshats to each other, be kind and happy to one another, the world always needs more of that and, please, just remember that, even if a character doesn't make it in now that just means the door is open for them later. The thing with BHVR is they will throw you off right until the last minute. Like the 4th year anniversary with changing all their discord names to have bee symbols, to keep everyone on the Candyman trail. I'm still undecided but excited none the less ^^

This made me realize things I didn't personally catch.
If you pause on the last few moments when the TV is off, you can actually see the reflection of at least 3 animatronics ring eye's. The one on the right is the most obvious even though it's slightly behind the grime, but taking a closer look there are two others on the left as well.
FNAF has a VHS series, you could search it like "vhs fnaf", that gives me a little bit of hope
It’s 100% Helllraiser. The clues all point to it. It would make no sense to hype up the fanbase for Hellraiser just to make it something else.
I think it’s going to be interesting to see him as a killer trying to figure out what his power would be probably something with hooks. Mori should be him ripping off flesh but I doubt they’ll do that… But no matter what it should definitely be the original pinhead Doug Bradley. Otherwise I’m not playing this game anymore. They already screwed it up with Jackie Haley.
I wonder if they're doing the film or the novela version oft he characters. Since they do have some variety between the two of them.

I wished for Springy child murderer ever since 2017 to be added to DbD. I guess I still have to wait… Although it is rather weird way of promoting a Hellraiser chapter Lydia. Scott Cawthon is known for using similiar teasers with hidden letters, enhancing brightness, using a spectrograph and hidden meanings. These nods to FNaF aren't a coincidence made by BHVR but something planned rather. Maybe they are looking at the reception that FNaF chapter would get and how high the demand is still. Not to mention that there is a petition for Springy with almost 66k votes – No other killer has one and DbD's playerbase daily consists out of 100k + people daily. It is worth pointing out…
I just finished watching 1 and 2 for hellraiser… They are VERY unique films in the horror genre. I was surprised to only see pinhead a handful of times (yet he is the "iconic" one.) Overall I give them a combined score of 6.5/10, they are worth a watch, but not over other more iconic films like Halloween etc. The effects in hellraiser have aged very poorly and it takes away from the experience of the film, which was a bit disappointing. If i could sum it up in a few words it would be "a mess of magnificence." Storyline is great, characters are awesome, but the effects literally take away from the whole movie for me. Now that I have watched the 2 films though, I am more hyped so that's a plus! Final score is a 6.5 😀

Like getting hellraiser or fnaf in would have equal benefits, It would get more people to buy both the chapter and game. Both still have strong fanbases and as ive said before. Can bring more people to the game. Plus Hellraiser is a classic horror film but fnaf could bring more videogame recognition to dead by daylight. So both have a equal chance of coming in. Like I'd personally prefer fnaf but I don't mind. Hellraiser is a classic horror films which I haven't checked out yet so it may get me to check it out.
While bhvr has been know to throw people off till the last minute, they have never made a teaser that was completely wrong on purpose. I don’t think they would make a full teaser obviously nodding at hellraiser just to change it last second

Imo it's fnaf because Teasers are supposed to hint things secretly and in this trailer they put hellraiser as the centre of attention if it was the reveal trailer then yeah sure it's pinhead bit ITS A TEASER TRAILER EVERYONE REMEMBER THAT
