hey what exactly is the difference between fixated and self aware? i can’t find anything that explains it, is one of them an old name
fixated and urban are different tho why would you think it stacks
one is for walking
the other one for crouching
The truth of the matter is, UE is a waste of time, you can literally walk at the speed that you would be crawling at without wasting the perk slot.

who would have thought that it does not stack since one perk literally says you "WALK 20% faster" while the other perk says "your movement speed while CROUCHING is increased by 100%"
well it can't really stack when self aware is for walking and urban evasion is for crouching
