Hey everyone, today we’re ranking every survivor item in Dead by Daylight. For this list we’re not including the limited or in-trial items such as the Flash Bangs and stuff like that, just stuff you can bring into the trials. So, we have four tiers. Pointless garbage, Mildly useful, Pretty good, and Very powerful. Let’s get into it.
Chapter 22 has been released! With this chapter we have a new killer, The Artist, a new survivor, Jonah Vasquez, and a new map, Eyrie of Crows, part of the new Forsaken Boneyard realm. It’s great, and I’ve been having fun so far!

actually the green flash is a really nice item to combo with the odd bulb. one almost countering the other side effects
This list almost mirrors my own except I don't like using flashlights because a killer is more likely to target you for it. I really wish Pharmacy changed the medkit type based on tier though. It only guarantees one green medkit, which is kinda limited. It's still a decent perk.
I don’t know what you’re talking about, I always have a smile on my face when I bring a broken key with survivor aura readings and the killer goes after me only. It’s that op!
I feel like the keys should have 3 add on slots since they really dont do anything and so survivors have a reason to use it at all anymore. The add ons are really neat but need more than 2 to really function as well as a standard toolbox… I really like using them with survivor detection add ons when by myself or killer detection with friends but they did get nerfed for a reason lol
Do a tier list on which killers you, personally, would least want to fight
Rank the killer vault animations.

I get so many kills because someone flashlights but I just do a spin and hit them since they aren't running away while using it.

You're wrong with the medkit. Further it's true.
I'd argue the rainbow map is by far the strongest (and undervalued) item in the game. First off its great for new player cutting time of their search for gens etc but its even stronger in experienced hands. Got boon totem build? run around for 2 seconds and you found your totem, every single time 100% of the times (plus the 3 random tracked objects could be totems so its even quicker), huge time saver. Hex totems? aaaand its gone!
Not to mention it straight up counters hag and trappers traps, by showing them while using (you can even see from a distance if a trapper trap is armed or not, mid chase). With odd stamp and retardant jelly you have great range (20m circle around you free discovery) and long use (26+ seconds) and paired with BTL its even more insane. And with SWF its easy to say which gen near which landmark your teammates are at, for healies.
all in all i'd say all the time you can shave off with proper use of the rainbow map even beats out the best medkits. Hell i'd say its straight up stronger then all but the meta perks and synergizing builds, like the Houdini for example. Shit's hella OP actually

The reason Alex's toolbox does sabotage really quick is because one of the creators named Alex always had a toolbox while he was there. He was also making jokes with the toolbox like loosening screws in chairs (like sabotaging) So the decided to make that toolbox in honor of him 😁👍
Lol, on console I saw someone open the hatch with a key as a killer yesterday or so. Also, I don’t know if it was actually yesterday but yeah. This week.
You know that the Devs are shit when a green toolbox is more useful than the purple ones.

I am disappointed azhymovs the Halloween event flashlights are some of the most useful items in the game due to one GAME BREAKING stat that has literally turned games around against almost every killer

I want to see a perk teir list and I've come up with my own hex perk courtesy of pinhead coming to dbdm and bringing a bug where hexes didn't go away after being cleansed
Hex dark guardian: all totems are block by the entity until dark guardian is cleansed and when cleansed all totems stay blocked for 60/120/180 seconds
The B Roll footage just reminds me why I’ve stopped playing DBD. I’m usually the person on the hook and then the game always seems to end there

Brown toolbox sucks even with built to last… but yellow and up are busted with that perk.

No wonder you guys lost that background game, you played so toxic and far too altruistic. You’re both the worst and best survivors to play against. Overly altruistic teams are easy to kill as you all never do gens and just hover around each other.
